I also thought Scrub fans would like to know Thanksgiving does not have Pat and Robin moving into a new home. As you've been told, it is an alternate reality which is Pat's dream. It stems from a conversation with Robin and a question...what if they never met? In the dream Pat and Robin are not together. He is seeing someone else and no, it is not Leyla. In the end the they almost come together. When Pat wakes up he realizes just how grateful he is to have Robin and Emma in his life.
A third proposal from Patrick.
A wedding week after Christmas.

Robin and Patrick move into their house on Thanksgiving Day.
Thanks. Is this when they pick the date for their second wedding as well?
No. They dont pick the date until after Thanksgiving. They get word that Robin's dad is improving.

BTW, can you share anything about the demo surge last week? Can we have any faith that the suits will notice that Laura and Robin with heartfelt drama were the A stories last week and that week's demos tied for first place?
The suits take notice of a variety of things as regards the demos. However, Genie's tenure on GH is limited as other projects are in the pipeline. As regards Robin and Patrick, the suits have expectations relative to future programming with SoapNet, etc.
ABC recently finalized a deal with Charter for ABC programming line-up on its cable stations, as well as airing ABC programming via Charter internet services.

I guess another way to ask about Laura and Robin is whether or not anyone will recognize that there was a decidedly lack of mob, new characters and threats of violence last week and the demos increased?
The analysis of sweeps, demos, ratings will entail a review of any disparity among the types of storylines, segments, etc.

Patrick and Robin adjust to their new life. Being a parent is not as easy as one thought.

The woman Patrick is dating in what becomes his nightmare is Alexis. Expect many older woman jokes in the script and for Patrick to find that perhaps he's believed wrong about Robin when he's thought she was a nag in the past. Alexis shows him the true meaning of nagging. That is NLG's only other appearance for sweeps.

Patrick's "what if we never met" fantasy woman is....Carly.
Not true.

It isn't Leyla, it isn't Olivia and it isn't a chem test. It's a vehicle to cement his feelings for Robin.
Even just being a dream sequence, things like this TG spoiler from AIG do the character of Patrtick absolutely no favors.
I would recommend you wait and see the scenes before passing final judgement. Your opinion may change.
