Patrick tells Robin that prior to coming to Port Charles, he would always go on vacation at Thanksgiving time. As Robin and Patrick drift off to sleep, they dream about how things might have turned out if they didn’t meet when they did. If Fate had taken another turn, Robin and Patrick would have had a rough and rocky road filled with other relationships before finding their way to each other. Patrick and Robin awake, both happy to be together and decide to set a wedding date.

Well,here's some potentially interesting 'gossip'.
Have no idea how close to the truth it is. Just something being discussed right now.
ABC is in trouble. Dirty Sexy Money, Eli Love and Pushing Daisies got the ax which means that, in addition to having no new hits in 2008-09 series thus far, the only two shows that survived the 2007-08 season were Samantha Who and Private Practice neither of which has ever made the top ten, and only rarely hit the top twenty. S
So in other words, ABC Primetime is not performing well which means McPherson is on a slippery slope.
Guess who's name is being bandied about as a likely replacement if he leaves......

So have you been told that Patrick visits Liz and she asks him to sit with the Cam while she goes to the studio? There are flashbacks as well.
Lucky does arrive at the Spencer home and finds Patrick there with Cam. When Patrick tells him Liz had something to do, Lucky realizes she is at the studio and rushes in to save the day.

Wasn't here so I don't know what it is but I can tell you right now there are no plans to do anything with Patrick and Liz.
