And it is Liz that Pat is with and it is Matt that Robin is with. It means nothing though. Patrick wakes up grateful for his real life. If anything it shows him that he would be lost with out Robin. Which is they exchange loving words and also why he proposes to her again right then and there. As for the wedding, they pick the week after Christmas because they both feel Emma's first Christmas should be all about her.

Let me just put this out there. Yes, Patrick is "dating" Liz. You do see them together as a couple for a bit but they break up at the end of his dream. Robin is also "dating" Matt. You see them go on their first date. The premise is what if they never met but it is more like a what if they never got together. Robin and Patrick know each other from the hospital. They bicker and dislike each other but it is later revealed they don't hate each other as much as they pretend to. In the end, both R & P end up at the bar and Patrick asks Robin to dance believing she will turn him down but she surprises him. Then being to dance and he suddenly wakes up to the sound of Emma crying.
FOR REEL!?! Dang, this makes the dream EVEN BETTER!

From what I've heard, there's more focus in the episode on Robin and Patrick's interactions then on his relationship with Liz or hers with Matt. Like I said, the episode is practically an ode to Scrubs. It's all about them. Remember Robin and Patrick's interactions before they fell in love? Their individual relationships with Liz and Matt are sort of periphery elements in the dream.
--
Karmic, the only reason it's Liz is because GH wants to use their own actors instead of hiring out for a minor 1 episode role. That's it. Please stop making this into something it's not.
--
And now I'm really leaving. If you want to call it that, yes. Robin makes a comment on what their life would be like had she and Patrick never gotten together and so Patrick falls asleep and has a dream. In the dream he and Robin never got together, he's with Liz and she's going on a date with Matt. He and Robin still bantor and argue but apparently it's later revealed they don't hate each other as much as they led the other to believe. He and Liz break up in the dream because he's clearly not happy with her and the dream ends with Scrubs both at Jake's where he asks her to dance and she surprisingly agrees. Patrick is woken up by Emma crying where having realized how miserable his life would be without Robin, he proposes to her again and they agree on a wedding after Christmas.
--
Um Karmic, speaking as someone who actually has information on this plot, what are you talking about? That isn't how the scenes are portrayed at all. In the dream, Patrick is not happy with Liz. That's the whole point of it. He finds more contentment in his arguements with his co-worker Robin then he does in his own relationship with Liz
--
Basically, it's just a way of saying they would have gotten together no matter what and everything worked out the way it was supposed to

Robin and Patrick enjoy being a family. Matt spends time with Emma.
Anything you can share on the 2nd wedding for Scrubs?
Not particularly. You have received a bunch of information about scenes for the next little while and there isn't much I can or inclined to add.
Insider -- anything you can share about what the story will be for Scrubs post-wedding?
And also, any news on whether NS3 is happening, and if so when and under what setup?
Someone else may know better but as far as I know there is no final decision taken on NS3.
I have not heard the story for Scrubs for the new year
Any idea on what the reaction was to the good reviews about the return to family scenes over the past two weeks and any thought on why they have gone back to the non-stop mob and what the reaction would be if ratings fall over the last two weeks of sweeps.
The plan for sweeps has been planned for quite a while so this isn't a sudden change to tell the stories that are being shown this week and next.
The reviews were noted as any variations in ratings have been/will be. You had someone here this weekend suggesting to contact the corporate suits and I concur with that approach.
But, do you know if sweeps was set up to showcase love and family one week with little focus on mob, and flip flop it the next week to gauge fan reaction?
No it was not.
Do you think JT and Kim will resign? Thanks
I do - with changes both to the number of outs and the length of contracts
In your opinion would the length be shorter or longer? I need to know how long I will be held hostage.
shorter but I believe so long as you have an off switch there is no hostage taking
Do you think the resigning will have to do with NS3?
I believe that will be a factor as will Kimberly's projects with SN
Insider is the A/U Thanksgiving show Patrick only or are other characters getting A/U scenarios also?
I have not seen the scenes so I cannot say
Do you know if Patrick and Robin will be getting a house of their own the Spencer house or remaining in the apt.? TIA.
I know of no short term plans for them to move
11/10
I can tell you Maxie and Matt do get a kiss in Kate's office during Patrick's dream. I can also tell you Liz dumps Patrick in his dream.
End of Story.
Actors PA's aren't allowed to be announced at SSW. Actors need to get network approval to use SSW to announce PA's not sponsored by the network.
Keep that in mind and you'll see which pairing the network is behind after SSW.

Ah man, that's sad about the hospital closing down. Before I moved to LA, I remember we did a three day weekend (12 hour drive each way) once, and we saw that hospital off the I-10 freeway and it was the mid-80s and we were SO excited it was GH! So we had to drive up by the Emergency exit just like the shots showed. So I have fond memories of that hospital. I didn't know it had been badly damaged.
I hope the new facility has great success. I will forever hold fond memories of that old one...

so does this mean that because we don't know scrubs plans for the new year that we won't be seeing much of them after january 1st? And do we know KMc and JT's contracts are up for re-newal?
thanks ,
Ally! :o) Awww thanks for sharing that story, I live in LA and haven't made the trip to go see it yet. It's kinda weird, but I think it's an eerie reflection of the show, that it slowly ceased functioning as its original intent.
Anon - I think much is dependent on NS3/Soapnet. It's anyone's guess at this point.
Patrick's dream seems like it's going to be pretty good. The Wedding in, December will be terrific, truly romantic. It's a bummer we only see Scrubs once or twice a week, but I'll take them any way I can get them. I hope they sign on a little longer, if not hopefully NS3.
diamond20 - thank you for your constant comments, they are so appreciated.
While their scenes have been altogether too brief, we've gotten some really great scenes since the last proposal. Hopefully that will continue on GH and/or NS.
