General Hospital:Night Shift had an overload of material in it’s season finale, so the wrap-up is now a two-parter that ends October 21. The plot: Patrick’s actions with a patient culminate in an explosion that rocks Port Charles. The finale also boasts a class reunion of GH 80’s greats including Robert (Tristan Rogers), Anna (Finola Hughes), Luke (Tony Geary) and –this is cool!—Sean (John Reilly) and Tiffany (Sharon Wyatt). Will you be back with NS3 next season (rumored to be January)...It doesn't take much for some of us to understand that the mothership might pay more for you to come there now and then...but on this show, NS, you are a major component. Some of us, count me in that catagory, will probably drop NS if you don't come back. Just keeping it real...
At this stage I cant answer that question. I dont know what is planned and where its going. I doubt that they do because I believe Sri may have something else. But as things stand I have been told I will be at GH for the wedding.

Here's an excerpt from Tristan's post about the significance of Night Shift
With what NS has demonstrated so far, we maybe looking at a whole new way to save daytime without actually “saving the show”.
This may seem confusing to many people, but if you think carefully about what it is that has created your loyalty as a viewer. It’s the historical richness that your show has established. And that’s in your mind and always will be. To take a sample of “the DNA” and create new life, brings about endless possibilities.
This format, as demonstrated by NS2, is easy to watch and, most importantly, is very cost effective when compared to other prime time shows. But, it opens the door to accessing the younger viewer, by keying the show around characters that “they own” and yet still using some historical threads from the parent show.
I feel we may see more shows like this in the future. Look for some of them to start on the Web

Maxie visits Matt in the hospital.
Patrick fills Matt in on exactly what kind of father Noah is.

Ok, I asked my person for some info for a few people. Again, my person does not get scene breakdown info, so unfortunately there isn’t much detail about specifics coming up for Scrubs. I never have that kind of info. But since my person does primarily have contract info stuff, I do have info about RiH’s contract.
Ok so Scrubs… Not too much on them except the usual of Scrubs as a couple is solid and no reason to worry at all for them for at least a good while. My person’s opinion is that their contracts later will become an issue but for right now they are all good.
Also I said that the contracts for Scrubs will become an issue, I should say may because it could go several different directions depending on who does or doesn't re-sign.
That is all.

Just received an email tonight from Sharon's fan club president Alison saying that she and John Reilly will be filming around September 25 & 26 on General Hospital: Night Shift. Not sure what the storyline will be but wanted to pass this along to everyone. Has been 13 1/2 years since Sean and Tiffany left Port Charles for Boston.

Robin recieves a caution about her and her baby's health
Matt and Maxie talk about the shocking outing of his parentage
Liz shares with Robin that she knows that Jason wants to be with her
Patrick and Matt clash until Robin finds herself in serious danger, the two are forced to help one another to save mother and child

Sharon Wyatt and John Reilly ("Tiffany" and "Sean") will be coming to General Hospital: Night Shift!
I just spoke with Sharon, and she said that she will be flown to Los Angeles, given a hotel room and a rental car. (So they seem to really want her!) As far as she knows she'll only be on for one day. But you never know!
She and John will be shooting on September 25 and 26. She hasn't seen a script, and at the moment doesn't know anything about her storyline. She thinks they might be working with Tristan Rogers.
I don't know any other information, except that I asked Sharon if I could share the news with anyone and she said I could share it with "everyone"!
