Claudia’s determined to get to Johnny’s trial despite Patrick’s insistence that she needs to stay in the hospital. Claudia comes on to Patrick to try and get her way. Robin begins to have a change of heart about marriage.
Thursday, September 11th
Maxie laments the shame she feels to a sympathetic Robin. Robin is unfazed when she catches Claudia hitting on Patrick and is secure in the fact that Patrick loves her.

Karen Harris has been promoted to the newly created position of Associate HW. As it was explained to me, the position is somewhat like a co-HW except Guza retains seniority. The position has been dubbed "provisional." She starts her new duties next week.

Just some stuff:
Maxie has a secret but she doesn’t know it. It is something she thinks everyone already knows. Spinelli will be the only one to stand by her when it is revealed.
Robin and Patrick will marry after the baby is born. There will be complications to the birth. The ears are not happy with how the HIV aspect of this pregnancy has been ignored so it will play heavily into the birth and aftermath.
4 characters will be dealing with “daddy” issues before the year is out.
Sweeps outlines were approved this week. Late approval is due to the ratings slump and the fact that more than usual suspects wished to review them. Jobs are on the line with this sweeps and this late start and some of the changes made pre-approval is not likely to make things easier.

Most of their stuff is connected to NS2 at the moment, but things pick up with them in October especially when the Matt issues and HIV issues are brought to the table again.
I just want to say one more thing before I leave.
At this point in time TPTB are focused on ratings more than ever right now. They are growing to throw everything out there. Old and New couples will be sharing scenes. IT DOES NOT MEAN, that old couples are getting back together, it means that TPTB know they have to play this smart to keep people holding on.
So there will be S&C scenes, J&R scenes, L&L2 scenes, JaSam scenes, Sexis scenes, Rexis scenes etc. ALONG with LuSam, Liason, J-Lex, Skate.
NOTE! Because people share scenes, they are not going to return to them.

Expect sharp, jolting rewrites the first week of Oct. Scripts underwent major rewrites before actors received them two days before they started taping them. One actor and one actress in completely different storylines threw major fits on set. The actress was called to the carpet and nearly lost her job on the spot.
Also, do not expect all material that has been spoiled this week to air. Major cutting and inserts start appearing next Tuesday.

9/11

After Liz leaves the PH, she is at GH with Nik. She is in hospital mode the rest of the wk with many people including Monica and Patrick.

New promotion for GH has started and is geared toward Nov sweeps. The tag line is "Power or Love: Which would you choose?"
Someone earlier said there were incerts in the Grey's Anatomy dvd boxes.
It features Jasam, Carson, Claudia, Johnny and Scrubs.
I saw the ad and I would like to correct something. The top has the slogan. The background has the blurred stethoscope and at the bottom is a banner that is photoshopped and NOT couple based. The order is Sam, Carly, Jason, Sonny (in the middle), Claudia, Johnny, Robin and Patrick. Most of the photos look like they were taken from ABC's bio web page and photoshopped in.


Will Patrick have a major freak out over Matt?
Yes him and Noah will be at odds for awhile and Matt makes clear that he doesn't care that he doesn't need a family
