I don't have date specific information - I don't get breakdowns or see the scripts and so I can't tell you the exact date when things will get better. The result is people get frustrated or angry or whatever. So it's best that I don't.
But what is your general information? Is is what we have been hearing so far in terms of the general arc -- Patrick being brought to his knees before being eventually reunited with Robin?
The following is what I've been told and I don't have dates for it:
1) Patrick will be brought to his knees as everything that matters to him seems to slip away.
2) He will realize that Robin is what/who truly matters to him and will want to get back with her even if she is pregnant
3) Robin will doubt his intentions and his motivations
4) A crisis/challenge will force them together and each will see another side of each other. (source)

Scrubs have an ultrasound coming up in March and Patrick WILL be there. (source)

Why and how does Patrick end up at the ultrasound? And isn't it early in her pregnancy for an ultrasound?
Robin passes out in the ER in front of Patrick and he picks her up and brings her into a room and performs one when he is treating her. Kelly is in a delivery and can't get down to the ER at the time.

Insider can you clarify the scene with Leyla and Patrick that was spilled in the magazine? Is it something Patrick says to Leyla or are they kissing or just hugging that Robin sees and freaks her? Thanks
Robin sees them kissing but doesn't see that it was Leyla who initiated it and leaves before seeing Patrick push her away.

It's not so much him attempting to move on as it is him trying to convince himself they are really over for good.
Will Robin help Liz with the kids at all and will she know Jason is Jake's father?
I have nothing about her helping her with the kids but Liz does telle Robin the truth about Jake and Jason.

Does Patrick perform the ultrasound or while treating her does he order an ultrasound and is there to see it while being her doctor?

I don't know if all of that is true. All I know is that Liz tells Robin the truth about Jake.
So if Robin goes on bedrest we have to see where she is living right? or does Patrick take care of her and that is how they start to grow closer
