IMO he doesn't get that bad. He is not sleeping with Leyla again and Ian is going to make Patrick jealous about Robin but his main story is the drugs.

Over the next couple of weeks Ian is just settling in and getting the read on everyone in town and how they can benefit him. He will pop up all over the place.

Leyla is not out of their orbit as far ahead as I have but she is not with Patrick. They are all just working together.
Patrick gives her flowers..pink ones and says he hopes she has a daughter that is as smart and as beautiful as she is but with better taste in men. He doe sit because he loves her. (source)

After today there is no way Ian will be flirting with Robin. He was annoyed with her so those anons who dropped that stuff this weekend are wrong.
I think so too. I don't see any flirting or anything going on between Ian/Robin at all.
It does happen. On Wednesday Ian turns on the charm with Robin and she doesn't reciprocate. Patrick gets territorial and tells Ian Robin is off limits, Ian finds Patrick's possessiveness amusing.
I'd listen to this person and not run them off like you do everyone else. (source)
