The thing is I'm absolutely certain Patrick finds out soon. When is the actual question.
And that's where anon's all have different stories.
ETA: I'm pretty sure about when, but you know how things change all the time. Needless to say it won't be very much longer now.

Robin tells him the truth on March 3rd. She doesn't lie when patrick asks her. I already said this yesterday. The secret was never meant to be a long paternity secret.
Do you have anything on the aftermath? Will the general arc be like we have been discussing? Patrick finally realizing he wants this, Robin doesn't believe him, Patrick has to work to convince her and they reunite?
All I can tell you is that he is not angry at her. He understands and he does in fact cry when Robin tells him. (source)

This is false. Patrick is furious. Expect a huge fight after Robin tells him the truth. (source)

Patrick is shocked and lashes out when he first hears that Robin is pregnant with his baby. He walks away before they can talk it out. Carly and Robin will have another appointment coincide at the hospital. Ian plays the star doctor (source)
Any Scrubs info?
You pretty much have it all. Patrick finds out the truth. He is angry with Robin. They deal withthe loss of a patient and they deal with Dr Death.
Is he angry woth Robin over the lie? Does she get to bring up his lie?
They don't air their dirty laundry out right away ... PissyPants has to have his tantrum first ... but both lies will be addressed.
Insider how long does Patrick stay angry? do they talk after that? TIA
They get their requisite 2 sec scenes in which he will be in a huff, she will be in a huff, they have a medical crisis, he's contrite, she's out for the count.
Did you spoil anything about SCrubs? Unsure if that was you?
Yeah - I told you about PissyPants.
The only question i have is what does "she's out for the count" mean?
Robin will be in the hospital for a bit....it doesn't say whether its HIV related or not.
So Patrick finds out the truth because Robin answers his "Am I the father" question honestly?
Yep, and everything she thinks he'd do - he does...but she gets her zingers in as well before she hits the hospital bed. (source)
yup. So I think he throws his hissy fit first and then is contrite but then Robin passes out.
She doesn't pass out. He gets angry and walks away. She sways a little but does not pass out after he walks away. Also the whole exchange is her telling him the truth and him yelling at her. She gets one line in there but it isn't about the condom. It is about his playboy ways.
he max insider said that She lands in the hospital bed. so what to believe ?
She does but it isn't during her argument with Patrick. It is after he appointment with Kelly. The stress of the argument with Patrick and the subsequent argument with Carly has Kelly put her on bedrest.
and Patrick doesn't do anything about it? he doesn't even visit her to talk?
He tries but she doesn't want to see him.
Insider,
Is the swaying indicative of a bigger problem? Thanks for coming here and staying.
~Scrubbie
Kelly puts her on bedrest because her blood pressure is too high
So Insider you're saying Patrick sleeps with Leyla and tells Robin she didn't tell him he's the father because of his involvement with Leyla, he yells at her, Robin gets one line in, and she never passes out, and Patrick isn't contrite?
I don't know if he sleeps with Leyla again.
Bed rest though is usually at home. I guess she really does live in the hospital. I wish they would send her home to bedrest and she has mac put guards on the door to keep Patrick out.
When I said bedrest I meant at the hospital. Kelly wants her to rest there so she can keep an eye on her BP (source)
What I want to know is, since these anons seem to know every nook and cranny of the Scrubs fight:
What is the tragic event that brings this about?
Carly's miscarriage. (source)
Carly is not miscarrying and before anyone asks, this is not spec. It is fact.
Robin is telling Patrick the truth when he asks her. It is not a happy scene.
He is not sleeping with Leyla again. (source)
Can you elaborate at all on the Scrubs info?
Where does this scene take place?
And what prompts Patrick to ask he in the first place?
Thanks for stopping by.
The scenes happen at the hospital. Ian will be asking him if they baby could be his and he starts to put it together with what he overheard from her and Mac.
Thanks insider... So the Scrubs scene is not a happy one, cannot say I am shocked. Are there tears of hurt or words of anger?
TIA
Robin does cry and they both speak in anger.
How much longer after they argue is Robin admitted into the hospital for stress?
She will be admitted the following week.
Insider -- where in the hospital do the Robin/Patrick baby reveal scenes take place? Thanks.
The locker room.
Insider,
Is Ian sticking around or will he be gone soon?
He's staying a while. (source)
I had the opportunity to meet BH's DH [Becky Herbst's Dear Husband] yesterday MS at a Mona Vie tasting in Illinois. Very nice and personable. He was easy to talk to. A couple of interesting things he shared after I asked about them
PreNoms are being announced this week
Guza is back and is fixing the scripts that have already been written by the temporary writers
Guza's scripts will be seen on our screens mid-March (source)

Guza is old school - he won't let P&R get together without putting them through 2 years of crap - as if the audience now only has the entertainment that people did 20-25 years ago. He needs to walk his ass over to the Grey's office and ask Shonda how her version of the s/l is working out. He absolutely sucks and I wonder what happened to the rumors in the beginning of the strike that GH kicked his hiney to the curb.
