Robin will spend quality time trapped with an old "friend".
I am still waiting to find out how Scrubs are platinum, how the PPD story is good for Robin.
They aren't. They will end by March.
[different poster]They're not. Now that NS3 has been shelved for more reality programming on SN (because it's hella cheaper to produce) there is nothing platinum about Scrubs anymore.
Robin feels the pressure and makes a costly error
Patrick makes a difficult choice that affects his marriage
People start getting sick and no one knows what is wrong. When they start being treated and don't feel better Patrick and Matt jump to the conclusion that they have more bad drugs although I'm not sure if they do, or if they just aren't aware of what is causing everyone to be sick.
mysterious people are lurking around the hospital
I just want to know what does Robin do during this crisis and is Emma hurt. What is so hard about that?
I am going to state it again. Robin makes mistakes when trying to treat patients and Patrick has to take action. He doesn't have her locked up but he does get her credentials pulled for the duration of the crises.
What spec? Rebecca is being tested with most of the males on the show, including Patrick/JT.
And if Robin fans want someone to be pissed off at about Robin being sidelined during the arc, don't look at Patrick or JT. Be pissed off at Guza's lack of creativity and NL's return.
Rebecca's a pathologist who starts at GH during the crisis right as Robin is sidelined and off her rocker. Patrick yanks her credentials and there's Rebecca to help him and Matt save the day.
Who will be there for Robin while this is going on? Will she have anyone to be her sounding board? Is this the beginning of the end for Scrubs? TIA
Patrick. The above "spoilers" are made up.
She basically takes over Robin's role as a doctor/consult. You'll see a lot of Rebecca consulting with Matt and Patrick and a lot of Robin standing at the nurse's desk with Liz and Epiphany.
ggcb what part of the story are you most looking forward to?
Patrick and Matt working together to try and figure out what is happening.
Very Grey's Anatomy meets CSI kind of stuff.
Something that happens near the end that should make Scrubs fans quit worrying. (Although they probably won't.)
GGCB
Are these still in play? TIA
Lots of shooting.
A commitment
An explosion.
An adventure
A bittersweet homecoming.
A Merry Christmas
A big splashy wedding.
A dead rabbit
A secret is exposed(Soon to become known as I told you so, I told you so, I told you so)
An engagement that will not lead to a marriage.
A new arrival.
Another secret is exposed.
A shotgun wedding.
An explosion
A heartbreaking tragedy
A father's love is tested
Shootings and explosions
A sleight of hand
V-PC
Yep
None of those people are dying. (Tracy, Robin, Liz, Alexis)
Can you give anything on scrubs? There was a drop earlier that scrubs are no longer platinum? Anything on that, were changes made? Should I be worried as a fan?
Someone actually came on here and said Scrubs are no longer platinum?
SERIOUSLY?
That's kind of funny.
I wouldn't worry too much.
GGCB, What is Robin's role? Any little hint? Hopefully positive? I am worried about Robin, should I be?
Not GGCB but if Matt and Patrick are working on finding a solution, Robin isn't involved.
is robin part of this crisis at all?
No
The hospital crisis is really going to shake up the show. Guza and co. are counting on this to boost ratings.
As far as rescuing and heroics go, the doctors are the real heroes. Although the JaSam team may be doing the dirty work, the real life-savers are Patrick, Robin, Matt, and more.
Patrick will be crowned Daddy & Husband of the year when he struggles to balance his career, being a parent, and taking care of Robin. Get ready Robin fans, some of the stuff she does is questionable to say the least (it gets BAD).
Rebecca will not be tested with Patrick, but they will have scenes together since they both work at the same hospital.
What happens when you have to lean on your enemies in order to survive? When the ones you love are unrecognizable, or when truth's cause heartache?
1/7
Robin fans, it's not as bad as you are being led to believe. Please just hang in there.
Elizabeth or Emma or robin has scenes with Patrick?
Elizabeth with emma
When Liz has emma, she shares scenes with Patrick too?
I was told Liz is at the house with emma and patrick comes home
My source is 50/50 so take that for what its worth
The gala begins as several storylines come to a head.
Patrick and Robin are at odds because he believes she is suffering from PPD and she does not.
Preparations for the gala are taking place and some feet and hands come in and with a package and are instructed to 'put that over there.'
The storyline has three parts. First the gala begins. Everyone is walking around on eggshells waiting for the bottom to fall out on their on particular problems. Then people start getting sick.
The next scenes involve Patrick, Matt and the FBI guy sitting down to discuss what has happened. It will take to mid-February for them to tell the story of what actually happened at the gala.
Then the third part of the story unfolds with the investigation into what happened and that plays out through sweeps.
They all get somewhat sick but some are more susceptible than others and some are on the verge of death while some are not well but not on the verge of death.
A toxin makes people sick at the gala. The hospital crisis unfolds as we watch some people die, and the hospital personel work to save them.
After its over Patrick and Matt talk to the FBI and tells the story. We see the story unfold through flashbacks.
Then, when that is over, they still need to find out who did it, and WHY. That's the third part of the story. IN addition to the official investigation, a few angry people who lost loved ones will also be trying to track down who is responsible.
Guza has been trying to set up this big Biotoxin storyline since 2006. It was suggested by TG and the initial set up involved Laura. It was supposed to play out over a whole year and culminate after NS1. The strike messed that up so he started setting it up again.
This is the reason character have been playing the same arc over and over again with different approaches.
The original version had Robin depressed over losing April, her mortality, Patrick's exposure, etc. The next time it was over Patrick ditching her for Leyla, losing Stacey, and those weird coma visions. Now, it's PPD, and irrational fears for Emma.
If you think about NS2 you will see somewhat of the setup for the hospital crisis. Monica will be dead of incapacitated. Patrick will be in charge. Robin will be out of touch because of her PPD (instead of her father), Patrick will be so distracted he'll miss something that will put the hospital and people inside in danger. There will be bombs, FBI agents etc.
I knew the original story because of a job contract my company had. GH cancelled and I've been watching them circle the story for a couple of years. Seems like they are finally getting to it.
