4/8 Heard in the Waiting Room

• Based on the record-breaking success of Night Shift last year, Soapnet spent 5 times the budget of Night Shift on a new serialized drama called MVP: Secret Lives of Hockey Wives with a cast of unknowns. The series already aired in Canada and was canceled before the end of the first season. So, if Night Shift 2 happens, obviously there will be no reinvestment of returns based on its success...and why would we watch again?

Carly relies on one of her biggest rivals—Robin—to keep her son Michael from going under from a massive head wound.
Robin and Patrick lead an ER team to patch Michael up.
Patrick and Robin report on Michael’s future condition, which looks bleak. Carly won’t have any of it; she orders them to be positive like her or take a hike.
Patrick finds Nikolas – and his little drug experimentation – out. And has it out. Nadine happens by during this private conversation, and grows peeved.

SOD Scrubs Reunion. Baby Love:
Michael being shot and Robin seeing how Carly/Sonny react are what starts scrubs to get together. She tells Sonny Carly has no right to tell him to leave and not be part of M's life. This gets her thinking, that she's doing that to Patrick.
Dr. Drake rethinks a few things.Expect scrubs to have a heart to heart when Robin extends an olive branch to him.He's in uncharted territory.They kiss which leads to something else.Anmd they end up in each others arms talking about how great it feels.They get topless. It's very sweet says Kimberly. They take their renewed romance publuic and attend HS party. Kim said something about Patrick taking advantage of a poor pregnant Robin. (source)

Should I answer a Scrubs question - sure! Robin realizes that she can not have Patrick in her or her child's life because in her heart she truly loves him and she knows he will make a good father. This happens next week!

Patrick gives the news that Michael made it out of surgery but he's in critical condition.

Papa Patrick will call in a favor to a friend in NY and have an expert come to GH to oversee the rest of Robin's pregnancy after a minor scare. Of course...she will be gorgeous and funny and smart! And did I mention the fact that she will be tied to someone already on the canvas. It's not Jax, but he will soon want to be tied to her in other ways!! And he will have some competition for the new doc's affections...and it's not Sonny! This time Jax goes up against Lucky. May the best man win!
Is she an old lover of Patrick or Ian?
Patrick tried to score, but struck out. She is tied to Patrick, but also to someone who has been around longer but disappeared for awhile and parts of that absence have not been explained.
No way is Ingo getting someone if LW is not.
Plus Ingo is gone like 3 months right? Especially with his baby coming.
NuDoc will be coming in the summer. She will get established while Ingo is gone. And then when he gets back their paths will cross at GH.
Hope IR re-signs his contract.
This new romance is incentive. Or so hope TPTB.
Newbie doc is def not going the same way as Leyla. They learned their lesson. She is coming on as a FRIEND of Patrick, nothing more. Robin will be slightly jealous at first, but then realize that she is here to help. She's not coming to interfere with Scrubs, but to befriend them. They are hoping that Robin and Patrick can usher newbie doc into the canvas and she'll start off on the right foot. Her connections in PC will be revealed slowly.
Will NuDoc be involved with the mob b/c if not that story won't get any airtime.

Patrick and Robin are her "intro" story. She will get involved with Lucky and Jax once she is on the canvas. She is already secretly tied to someone...not Jax, Lucky, or Patrick. She will remain friends with Pat and Robin and work at the hospital, but will move on to her own stories.
IF that woman doctor spoiler is true I am assuming Patrick slept with her in the past and they are just friends now. IF it is true ot just bugs because wouldn't Robin have the connection is the field of HIV related specializations.
Nope...she is not a notch on Patrick's stethoscope. That is made very clear! It is one thing that helps her become friends with Robin.
Is she tied to Ian the Troll?
Nope. Someone who has been around alot longer.
I seriously can't see them bringing in a new hot doctor and not pairing her with Patrick. I have my doubts that Scrubs will be together before the baby is born. Patrick the committment phobic will backslide as soon as he gets scared again. It makes me wonder if she isn't going to be another Gwen.
I REPEAT...Patrick and Robin are her intro story! She is not being brought in for Patrick, but for Ingo and Greg.

Robin and Patrick are forced to discuss long term medical issues revolving around her and their child. They disagree with the outcome.
can you expand on the scrubs one?
There are talks later on about in rare circumstances of the baby responds badly to any of the medications Robin is taking or basically whose welfare should come first, Robin or the baby's.
