Can you give insight or opinion to TPTB trotting Leyla out to the HS and her seemingly saddened by Patrick/Robin being happy and Ric must show her kindness
When will Guza get that putting her onscreen and trying to gain her sympathy over her heartbreak over Patrick will not work. How many times will Guza go here?

I believe the unwillingness to get rid of Nazanin is due to their continued hope that NS2 will be a go. So they keep her on contract hoping for that and bring her out every once in a while to give her work. Why is it always connected to Robin and Patrick in some form? Because she has no other connections on the canvas. She has no family, no real friends. So they trot her out, give her some screentime and put her back on the backburner.
I think you will see a very different form this time though. She's basically being brought out for 3 purposes. To give NB airtime, to facilitate Leyla witnessing Patrick having officially left her in the past and moving on to a future with another woman and a child, and to give NB once last chance to make something click. I was not aware that opportunity would come in the face of Rick Hearst, but apparently it is. She doesn't deliver on this and if NS2 officially becomes dead and buried, she'll be gone.
How could NS2 ever be a go with GH ratings in the crapper?
Guza and Frons want it, but several factors are keeping it from happening officially as of now. Crappy ratings for GH are one of them.
Has there been any word on the proposed hook to get people to watch NS2? Most Scrubs fans were burned, and by the end a lot of the general fans wanted it done. Not to mention, they spent 5 times NS1 budget on that new hockey series, instead of giving it to NS2 with a higher production value. So, what's the draw?
I honestly can't answer that because I don't know.
EMI-- got any good Scrubs scoops for sweeps?
Nothing specific. Finola is filming so I assume she will play a role in whatever is going on with them.
EMI if you're still around, I'm curious...were the Leyla/Nik scenes at the B&W ball supposed to be a chem test like these upcoming Ric/Leyla scenes...or were they never looking at that as an option?

I think as soon as TPTB got it into their brains that Leyla wasn't working where she was, they started to contemplate where else she could fit on the canvas in order to save face. Tyler would have been one of those options, but I don't know if they were actually chem testing them for real. (source)
Wow, thank you once again Daytime Dish for confirming why I stopped giving any type of scoops for awhile there. Please stop twisting my posts or acting as if I said things when I did not. I did not confirm Night Shift 2 was happening. Not at all. I said one of the factors to their reluctance to getting rid of NB was their continued hope that a second season of the series would become reality. At this point it has not and unless they can work out the financial and technical issues, which I do not see occurring, as well as fix the failing ratings of General Hospital, it probably won't be. I repeat, Night Shift 2 has not been confirmed. Now I will go back to simply lurking for the upcoming future. (source)

Claudia is not open minded about (H.I.V.) because she needs somewhere to go as a Character. We want to show the viewers what Bigotry looks like - give it a face - and show how it can be over come in T.V. like in life through life lessons and in time... through personal challenges people change - sometime - little by little. That's what's exciting to watch and for me to play. So... root for Claudia to see the light - but keep in mind - it is only in the darkest hours of night that light is truly appreciated for the gift that it is...

She got her wrist slapped because of the one last run at Patrick/Leyla particularly because of the HIV disclosure stuff. Believe me she likes Leyla/NB or she wouldn't have gotten her coaches nor would she let Ric try and help her
JT was always meant for KM's character period.
In Frons's mind. Not in Guza's. If Guza got his way on that one there would have been a quad with Jason/Robin/Sam/Patrick with the end result being Jason/Robin and Sam/Patrick either ending up together or with other people. Since KeMo's contract was not close to being up Frons nipped that in the bud and said it was Jasam fans outcry that stopped it. It wasn't. It was him protecting Sam/KeMo. hE let Liz/Jason go forward because KeMo's contract was close to being up and she was making sounds about not re-signing and then she only re-singed for a year.
That is the reason in the writing in the beginning of Robin's return you had a lot of scenes indicating Robin being involved in Jason's story and why you had Patrick being chem tested all over the canvas. Up until recently Guza and his breakdown writers still hadn't dropped the dream of their manwhore doctor which is why Patrick/Leyla had one last run in January. Then the network started paying attention because GH was in the tank and the network thinks Scrubs are a tentpole couple so the writers pivoted pretty quick back to them. (much like they did during the summer of sleaze when things were tanking).
They would also have to address Patrick clearly not telling Robin and having no plans to tell Robin the condom broke.
Scrubs fans did the outcry for the Peyla exposure. They didn't outcry for Robin not being informed or for Patrick to apologize. The scrubs fan outcryed about the non disclosure to Leyla so JFP got her hands slapped and there was an article.

Patrick/Robin are a fan favorite, & ABCD execs do not want any more external conflict. JT & KMc care about story & character integrity, but realize they are not favs of Guza/JFP.
That's all the gossip I have.
I want to clarify some of the gossip I posted.

Some good stuff. I know some don't like the cheesy pregnancy stuff but I've been enjoying it. I know the fanbase and pair have been through a lot so I enjoyed the more tender moments and was happy to see the scoops.
- They both admit they never stopped loving eachother
- They both want to know if they can work on their relationship
- Anna and Patrick share a talk together when she returns.
- Anna is a little put off about being a grandmother but happy that Robin's dream is being realized.
- I "heard" Patrick gets his first real father to be moment.

I haven't heard or asked about Alan. But that's not saying much since often things are left out of what I'm told.
The one thing I was told about a month ago was that Stuart asked to be used more on the show.
