• An undetectable viral load [such as Robin's], continuation of HIV treatment throughout pregnancy and full-term delivery are associated with the lowest risk of mother-to-child HIV transmission, according to new data from the ANRS French Perinatal Cohort published in the January 11, 2008, issue of AIDS....Another key factor was the duration of HIV drug treatment during pregnancy. There were no transmissions among women who were receiving antiretroviral therapy when their pregnancy was first documented and remained on treatment. Among HIV-positive pregnant women who started treatment during the first or second trimester, the transmission rate was approximately 1 percent. (source)

April 17 - Ric comforts Leyla when she’s affected over seeing Patrick and Robin together. Robin and Patrick cut their evening short when her pregnancy gets in the way but are clearly happy to be together.
week of 4/21 - M, T, W, Th, F
April 21 - Robin and Patrick are faced with the difficult task of delivering more heartbreaking news to Carly.
April 22 - Robin fears she’s underestimated what she’s in for being a mother.
April 23 - Robin is frustrated that her pregnancy is making her absent minded. Elizabeth turns to Robin for advice about how to get over loving Jason and encourages her to try and make a go of it with Patrick.
April 24 - Robin worries about Anna’s reaction to finding out she’s going to be a grandmother and explains her fears to Patrick.
April 25 - Anna reacts to the news of Robin’s pregnancy. Robin overhears Patrick making a startling confession

Honestly? I don't understand the need for constant reassurance (and please don't start quoting the NS stuff). What's happening on screen right now is pretty much what many here have been posting for months that they wanted to see. They are working their way back, there is a committment to the pairing. Anna's back for a short time and is involved in the drug storyline.
As, I dropped off before.
Sam, Jerry and Anna play heavily into Ian's story.
And, Duke is Ian's father.
Anna isn't Ian's mother. The tattoo plays heavily into her figuring out that he's Duke's son. (source of the above)

Anna will not be apart of the Ian storyline . She's around for a handful of episodes which surround Robin's pregnancy.
Robin and Claudia will find themselves stuck together, with Robin having a health crisis.
Patrick and Robin butt heads over life and death choices.

Seamus do you have anything on scrubs?
I got to meet the infamous Finola, which was quite nice. She's a legend on the show, I realized, and there are quite a few of those still working on the set.
Scrubs hit a couple of bumpy patches for the rest of the month with self-doubt and differences of opinion regarding their future. One wants to go one way, another wants things to stay the same. They're rather cute though and fun, like the Spinelli and Maxie Jones couple.

The only woman Patrick has eyes for is Robin. If he's getting lucky, it'll be because of her.

So I wonder if Robin is the one wanting things to stay the same and Patrick wants to go another way regarding their future, per the spoiler from Seamus?
Yes, Robin is going to be hard. Patrick confesses to Anna he wants a family with Robin, and it freaks her out and she wants to avoid compicating things. Patrick will fight to prove to Robin that he does want to be with her and their baby, but she will still have trusting issues, but it will be good. I've also heard rumours that Noah is coming back in june. (source of the above)
