• According to a Rick Hearst recap - Rick said he loved watching Kimberly and Jason work and sometimes goes up to the set to watch them tape. He talked about Kimberly and the ribs scenes and how it was 10 am in the morning and she had to keep eating those.

Heard anything about the possible actor's strike on your end lately? We were talking about it last night.
I fully expect SAG to walk out in June - they are ratcheting up the rhetoric and a large number of their members (who can afford to be out of work) are ready to walk
CU, do you know if Prizon is a new quad? But more a friendship quad with the girls, and there guys tolerating each other?Robin,Liz, Jason and Patrick?

I haven't heard anything about that. Liz and Robin are supposed to continue their friendship as a vehicle for POVs but beyond that, not sure
This will effect prime time, right? Those guys are SAG union hirees, not AFTRA like day time?
Yup. SAG is prime time and film.
AFTRA is daytime and newsreaders
AFTRA and SAG just had a pissing match over the B&B and there is a lot of bad blood between the two unions
What about the soap actors and actresses that have SAG cards? Would they have to strike too?
No - they cannot legally strike. They are signed to an AFTRA contract for GH and since AFTRA will not be on strike, they must show up to work or risk being fired.
If they hold SAG cards, they may not take SAG work - ie - film work, guest appearances on prime time shows.
Hey Chatup! Someone dropped the above as part of a big post about how there have been talks of cancellation behind the scenes and how everything/every pairing will be broken up on screen soon. Have you heard anything like that?
There hasn't been talk of cancellation.
CU, did you hear anything about ABC/GH banning set tours?

I don't know that they are gone for good but there won't be any as sweeps taping approaches
Why are the actors striking?
similar reasons as the WGA - residuals on digital media.
their collective agreement expires in June (I think it's June) and the AMPTA has been very conservative in its opening offers

So why didn't the WGA stay out until the SAG went on strike? It would have stengthened there position, no?
It would have but ultimately the WGA is happy with their deal and they were getting pressure from members to settle. (source)

-Patrick and Robin find out the sex of their baby soon, plus either right before or soon after this they will feel the baby move, patrick is there for it and gets nervous because robin just grabs his hand in the middle of their conversation
-its suppose to be a girl
-after they find out, and patrick is there when they do, its funny because he is excited for a mini robin but he kinda goes "what am I suppose to do with a girl"
-and they are going to be together for the birth of their baby and some time after or at least thats the plan nothing is definite
-however a certain nurse is not going to be in their story nearly at all as you can already see, the nearly is because probably at most they will do hospital scenes nothing major, they will barely notice her
-and you have some more fluff coming up, but unlike the comedic stuff you've been seeing it will be more emotional
-for instance soon scrubs will decide they want to be together for good and stuff happens, to agnst and soap it up, but they won't break up
-oh and you guys have a hot kiss coming up, i havent heard about sex or robin being horny, but sex might be implied
-kmc has been wearing the padding recently, you will start to see a belly soon enough, but she will be in scrubs sometimes so you won't notice
-as of right now scrubs are a safe couple and will kinda be your haven from other agnst going on until later on when robin goes into the hospital, you are suppose to question wheter or not robin and/or the baby will survive but they do
-oh and scrubs are going to have their own things going on but they will get involved in some stories
So enjoy the good stuff while it comes, GH isn't all going to be fluff like with Scrubs, especially now that Michael's been shot, expect Robin and other mothers to take it really hard, Patrick is there for her and they talk about being parents

If Sam/Jax hook up does happen, Michael's savior may turn out to be a combination of Patrick/Robin research and Liz prompting them.

Patrick is worried about Robin,with the emotions and the stress that may cause her and the baby. He wants her to lean on him as she tells him of her history with michael. He comforts her. Meanwhile patrick is dealing with his own shit and what he wants in life. He is not thrilled of sonny being pushed away from michael. By the end of the week they have a heartfelt conversation where they see their lives as parents and their fears.
This is a fact and not a spec!
I can't wait. Should be good stuff for them.
Do you have anything on what they are doing at the HS, when they share a kiss or what is going on with Anna?

They share a kiss either at the end of this week or the beginning of next week. They play poker at the HS and Leyla witnesses them as Patrick dotes on Robin. Leyla goes with Ian.
Good length means what?
Those scenes are not a big deal, Patrick has his own drink and Claudia says the drink is on me, before Patrick says anything she starts to talk about Robin, and patrick defends her and tells her to stay away from her. It's just away to get scrubs involved in the ian/claudia drug story.
