Robin and Patrick’s wedding goes off without a hitch. Anna and Robert are filled with emotion over their daughter’s happiness.

Robin feels the stress of motherhood. Patrick tells Sonny he doesn't believe Michael's condition will ever change.
Tuesday, January 6
Robin suffers from mood swings. Robin isn't ready to be intimate with Patrick.

Tuesday, January 13
Patrick is concerned for Robin, who refuses to entertain the idea that she might be suffering from post-partum depression. Robin thinks all her problems will be solved if she and Patrick move out of their small apartment and into a bigger house.
Wednesday, January 14
Robin and Patrick make an offer on a new house and plan to move immediately. Patrick is privately worried over Robin's mental state.
Thursday, January 15
Elizabeth offers to help Robin get settled at her and Patrick's new house. Robin makes a quick exit when Emma starts to cry and asks a baffled Elizabeth to look after the baby. Robin questions Jason on what it was like when Carly suffered from post-partum depression. Patrick makes an alarming discovery. A disaster is in the making at the hospital.

The end of the 2nd week in january zooms 6 weeks into the future. Each episode will then focus on flashbacks from different character perspectives. Viewers will see glimpses of how things have changed for that character as they show viewers more and more about how the canvas was turned around the way it will be. But in essence for the characters and the show it really is 6 weeks later. Time will catch up on itself for the first day of March sweeps. So as spoilers start coming in remember they could be for the present or the flashforward.
A few hints: Someone is "dead," three others are really really dead, someone is in a coma, someone has the child he always wanted, someone faces hurting the woman he loves to save a child, couple swaps, couples in love now are later couples in hate (and I do mean multiple couples, as in more than 4 couples), a near rape, a surprising arrest, a new pregnancy and a really big explosion.
Emma will be the kid with more focus

It was the actress' choice.
I think the fact that Guza apparently got approval for the PPD storyline - when it seems from legit insiders and the mags it was supposed to be over with Xmas - is NOT a good sign for NS3.
Guza did not get approval for anything. This was always the plan.

Will there be any happy on GH in January?
I don't have day by day breakdowns. I wouldn't say there will be no happiness, but no it's not a really "happy time" for Robin & Patrick.
I understand Scrubs are angst in Jan.
I was hoping at least someone would be happy in Jan. Anyone at all? thanks.
Sorry as I said a few weeks ago Robin's PPD story would start pretty much immediately after Scrubs returned from their off-screen honeymoon.
But, Patrick does try to get frisky. But, as you already know Robin turns him down. It's going to be a pretty angst-filled month of January into February. All I can say is this is the story instead of a 3rd party.
TR is in negotiations to return for a 3 month stint. Book it. Btw, it will be sans FH/Anna.

Actually focus groups have been handled in house for a few years and then recently Frons pulled a funny. During the spring, ABC was doing focus groups on Grey's Anatomy and Desperate Housewives and Frons got permission for a GH episode to be viewerd and reviewed by the same group. Focus group info is kept somewhat private but word has it that the results from those focus groups was considerably different than the focus groups that Jill and Guza had been in charge of leading to
