With budget cuts at ABC occurring and the lackluster ratings for GH this sweeps period, drastic changes are going to be made to the show, reducing the current pool of actors and bringing back some fan favorites to the show. Bob Guza may at last be gone.

Will they fire all the vets?
No the plan is to feature them a little more. But it is likely Tony Geary will be leaving when his contract ends.

A few things I'll drop this morning:
- It is a fact that in the upcoming year, there will be other cast departures as ABCD and GH continue to try and reduce cost
- It is a fact that GH is attempting to lure back a couple of fan favorites to the show, one who is close to agreeing to return in the spring and one soon after.
- It is a fact that GH will be pushing the younger couples on the show more aggresively, as ABCD and GH sees this as their long term strategy. Expect to see more younger characters introduced.
- It is a fact that the headwriter is in a more precarious position than ever.
- It is a fact that neither JT or KMc have made decisions on their future, although it's more likely one will leave over the other.
- It is a fact that the faves returning are part of a once prominent family on GH
- It is a fact that NS3 is likely shelved for the time being due to budgetary issues.
- It is a fact that the headwriter is being more closely monitored that in the past
- It is a fact that JT would most likely be the one to depart GH next fall
- It is a fact that backstage changes will happen including the replacement and/or elimination of 2 to 3 staff writers
- It is a fact that all Disney owned properties are undergoing budget cuts including all stations owned by Disney.
Hate to keep nagging but is there anything on the future of Robin is she staying or is the character being phased out?
- It is a fact that the character is valued for NS3. With that on hold, the longterm future of the character is unknown.
Will the show less mob-centric?
- It is a fact that the answer is no.
