In regards to Patrick's troubles at work--is it more like stuff from today with the staff just playing jokes on him?
Or does more happen that causes troubles at work? Is it just a matter of his sexual exploits causing people to make fun of him?
I thought Ian and Leyla were supposed to play into some of Patrick's troubles. Do they no longer play a factor?
How long is the sexual exploits angle going to continue to play out?

I don't have a ton of details because I don't work on set and have no access to breakdowns. My understanding is this:
Both Ian and Leyla will affect him at work and contribute to some uncomfortable moments/situations
I was told the exploits will be short term and likely over before sweeps are (source)

Will Leyla be having sex with Ian? Yes.
Will Patrick care and try to save her? No.
Will Leyla have sex with Patrick still while starting up with Ian? No.
Will Leyla either become pregnant or pretend to be pregnant? No.

So it almost seems like the Peyla crap is going to continue after all, with Robin commenting on it soon?
Why oh why? Sigh.
It's not.
for sure? I hope not, I hated reading that in the IL though. I trust our insiders to be trueful, but the show has fooled us all with Peyla more then once. They just never seem to end. They are like the couple cockroach of GH: they will outlast us all No matter how many times you think you got rid of them, they are sincerely dead this time, they somehow manage to come back again.
For real. You'll see soon enough when by the next few weeks, Leyla becomes more focused on Ian than anything.
See that doesn't cut it for me. I wan to see Patrick not be interested in her. Leyla falling for Ian just gives Patrick another default exit from his shit.
Why is GH so dead set against Patrick choosing Robin and only Robin?
It's not a default considering Patrick doesn't care what Leyla is doing. He's too focused on Robin and her being pregnant. (source)
