Robin and Patrick engage in an ugly spat over their usual sore subject: baby-making. Nothing’s changed in that department, other than Robin’s having Patrick’s baby and not telling him about it.
The ugly spat provokes Robin into blurting out that she’s already with child, and it’s not his, so rest assured and go to hell.
Robin keeps the paternity to herself, so Patrick isn’t the only one at the hospital to think she was artificially inseminated.
The only hospital person Robin confided in is Elizabeth.
Patrick confides in his buddy Ian … thank God the father of Robin’s unborn baby isn’t him.
Robin can’t shake the paranoia of Patrick keeping his eagle eyes on her, and shares this fear with Elizabeth.
Leyla catches Ian’s eye. The two head out and off for a cocktail. Too bad for her, but I don’t think Patrick gives a damn what she does with her free time as she’d hoped he would. He only seems to care about Robin.
Kelly, Lainey, Regina and Nadine toss back a few and bond as girlfriends on another Girls’ Night Out. (source)

What sense? That he loves Leyla and wants to settle down with her? The focus seems to be on that triangle.

A little information that I'm sure no one will believe.
But if people sit and think about this stuff for a while they'd see the clear comparison between what's happening now and what was originally supposed to happen on NS.
NS's initial outline was to have a Robin/Patrick breakup that would ultimately lead to him being "brought to his knees" before a reunion. That's what you're seeing on GH now only it's fleshed out much more. Patrick is on a crash course to disaster, professionally and personally. One of Ian's many purposes is to assist Patrick in being brought down to a level where they can build him back up. Will it be a re building process everyone wants? Probably not. Nothing on this show ever is. But that is the plan. And the ultimate plan in all of this is to end with Robin and Patrick reunited. And don't ask me for a timeline on that because I don't know and I refuse to lie and give you a time that will be picked apart and used to base my legitimacy from.

My last post today. I'm going to try to address Leyla's place in the Scrubs story.
TPTB see the inclusion of her in their story as two things. One, as a plot point and angst for Robin/Patrick in order to keep them apart longer and give Robin a reason to act so out of character in keeping the paternity a secret. Two, it's something to give NB/Leyla. They are at an end point with that character, meaning they have no idea what to do with her. I see people say they wouldn't be as angry if it was a random character Patrick was hooking up with. But it might as well be. The only reason it's Leyla is because it gives NB something to do and they do not want to admit quite yet that her character isn't quite working.
I know it's not the answer people want and I know you still may be frustrated with her part in this, but it's all for a purpose and that purpose isn't to make a pairing between her and Patrick work. (source)

Over the baby? I don't know. When do they grow closer? I've heard March. But it's a slow process

When Maxie and Robin talk it'll be like it's already common knowledge. There is no scenes where she announces it. Robin isn't getting a house during sweeps.

No, and I don't have details about the scenes since they haven't been filmed. I just know Robin and Patrick are both on and the scenes are on the hospital set. (source)
