With regards to Patrick's 'professional mishaps' that cause him to be stressed:
Is it just the stupid antics with the whore?
Are more patients expected to be dying on his table with no explanation?
Is he going to be so preoccupied with Robin and whether or not he made the right decision about their relationship, that he's going to start messing up in the OR like Monica has been (not that I'm suggesting he starts drinking, that's been done to death, but just the freezing up or zoning out stuff)?

I don't put in false info, if anything if I think I have been given false info - I won't post it at all. But when I do post, I always keep in mind that something I have posted may be false.
I saw your list of ques, I just am really not up to getting up out the bed and looking for my sheets..but I can say that sweeps will not be a heavy scrubs month. The introduction of Claudia will be in the forefront.
As far as I know Leyla will not be pregnant.
I don't have Patrick knowing he is the father in Feb.
Robin will have a health scare, but nothing I have says in the next 2weeks.
Don't know about Noah.
This is off the top of my head, so I will have to look at my sheets to see what I have and if I have missed anything. (source)

Leyla and Patrick will continue with the occasional rendezvous throughout the month of sweeps. Leyla and Ian will flirt but she will not be having sex the new doctor. She will allow Patrick to wonder if she did and Patrick will not be pleased because in his opinion "Leyla isn't that type of girl". He will actually say this dialogue.

I am thankful for any info dished out, but you have to understand that some of aren't seeing a Scrubs story on screen, I hope that will change, but so far nothing is screaming scrubs to me.
I get that but I am tired of posting the same stuff over and over and since I'm getting frustrated, it's probably best that I just not for a while. Before I take a break let me leave you with this:

Patrick's attention is mainly on Robin. Robin w/Ian. Ian's place in the hospital. He's concerned Ian may hurt Leyla but this is played out only in a passing comment.
He is more bothered by Robin's pregnancy that he will admit.

I don't know what all has not been spoiled but haven't seen this.
Next week, Mac has a scene with Lucky where he talks about Coop being the TMK. He's feeling really down because he raised Robin, she's HIV positive, Georgie is dead, Maxie was dating a serial killer before his eyes and he didn't even know it. (source)

By the way this is what I heard as well. No paternity reveal during sweeps and the health issues are at very end of February or early in March. The first 2-3 weeks of sweeps are Patrick acting like a complete jackass because of Robin being pregnant and because he feel he isbeing replaced by Ian everywhere. He also has some professional mis-steps but it isn't clear if it is because Ian is setting him up to be the fall guy or what. Either way life is not great for Patrick. Also remember this will play out over very little airtime as truly the mob is eating up sweeps.

From what I can tell he doesn't actually have sex with anyone again on screen nor is it indicated that he having it off screen but he is doing his best to show Robin's news does not affect him. (source)

Patrick doesn't harrass Robin about the pregnancy. Robin will start distancing herself from him somewhat and he gets sulky & irritable. He tries to hide behind the facade of "Everything's fine. Congratulations!"
Time to finally move on now! Patrick's true feelings will be start becoming obvious to viewers but not to Robin. (source)

Just so you know Robin is wearing a white turtleneck under blue scrubs in her scenes, Alexis is wearing a v neck wrap dress in her scenes with Sam, Jax brings Carly back a lei from hawaii with pink flowers, Sonny kicks Kate out of his office, Monica holds her flask while she drives, Carly dials a cell while she drives and Sam punches her attacker to get away.

Robin tells Liz she feels so alone and empty even though she is pregnant. Liz tells her to focus on her own happiness and her baby's future and to forget Patrick. With time Liz tells Robin the pain of the break up with Patrick will pass.
Ian has his own plans that Jerry is unaware of. He uses the Hospital staff and their weaknesses against them to move drugs through the hospital. Ian develops a genuine friendship with Robin but at the same time uses her for information on drug research and her connection to Jason. (source)

Normally the 411's are in the can on Thursdays of the previous week. This week they'll be available for release by tomorrow because 2/1 -2/4 is being re-tooled. The original version had all four suspects, Carly, Liz, Monica and Nikolas in it. The new version will be without Nikolas. He will still be seen in the episode but they took him out of the 411 because the plan is to make him the culprit and they didn't want viewers looking for clues about him prior to the airing. (source)
