Robin once again has violence in her life and Patrick isn't the man who comes to her rescue.

since you are spilling is Lisa a psycho?
Lisa knows Steven Webber and will be key to his introduction to the show, of course he comes to see little sis too but that's not the only reason. Lisa is nice from what has been taped already, she is just a normal girl.
Will he actually be there for liz or will he be caught up with lisa?
Liz is happy to see her brother but she knows something is up. She is right because Steven and Lisa have a weird thing going on.
Will she want Patrick back or will it be Patrick wanting her? thanks
She is very much interested in Patrick and she asks a lot of questions about him. Robin doesnt seem to mind, she actually likes Lisa.
Matt is fascinated by Lisa but he is also in a position to see what is going on between Lisa and Steven Webber. More to come on that front, i dont know more.

Lisa isn't obsessed with anyone. Lisa is a fun loving nice person. But the friendship she strikes up with Robin leaves Patrick feeling awkward. Nothing says "oh boy" like your ex and your wife palling around. Throw in an interested brother, a glaring difference in how Patrick use to be with Lisa (ala Matt) as opposed with Robin, now. You got some issues

::Golden:
Soapzone spoilers:
Patrick discusses PPD with Carly, who went through it with Michael’s birth, hoping it will shed light on what’s been wrong with Robin, who’s living in denial.
Carly assesses Patrick’s situation with Robin, then strongly advises him to get her treatment, now.
Elizabeth experiences Robin at her worst.
Patrick discloses his concerns about Robin and PPD with Elizabeth.
Elizabeth stays on the fence about a specific diagnosis – Robin may have PPD, but then again maybe she’s just overwhelmed as a first-time mom. That doesn’t do Patrick any good.
Robin bristles at Patrick’s growing concern, taking everything he does and says as an insult.
Matt offers to operate on the latest patient, instead of Patrick, who’s preoccupied with concerns about his PPD-suffering wife.
Matt makes the costly error of rushing to operate without first scanning this patient’s charts.
Patrick somehow does scan this patient’s (Earl’s) charts, his x-rays, and feels a cold chill rush over.
Patrick stares incredulously at Earl’s x-ray which points to five spheres stuck in the stomach region.
Jason rings Patrick up right at that moment, to relay Agent Rayner’s request to interrogate a suspected terrorist admitted to the hospital. His name is Earl Bragg.
Patrick absorbs more information, puts two and two together, drops everything and sprints to the OR to warn Matt and the scrub team.
Matt has already cut into Earl when he slices into one of the five spheres, which emits a deadly biotoxin into the atmosphere. It turns out that Earl swallowed these spheres containing biotoxins to destroy as many people as possible.
Patrick pounds on the OR window as he helplessly watches his brother Matt, Elizabeth, Monica, Leyla, and others in the scrub team breathe in the biotoxin. Matt hurriedly pushes his scrub team toward the exit doors, but they’re already compromised and the OR itself bursts into flames.
The biotoxin makes its way out of the OR into the other rooms, taking patients down as it goes.
Agent Rayner orders a hospital lockdown, nobody gets in and nobody can leave. He’s forced to remain on the outs.
Donning a hazmat suit, Patrick goes into the OR, where this started. He assists some in exiting, and those who are out cold.
Patrick examines Earl’s dead body to determine more about these biotoxins. Earl’s stomach acids destroy the rest of the spheres.
Next week: Robin should never have taken her delicate condition for granted

why can't GH get good writers? And who is writing Robins' story - I know it isn't Guza
I actually think its Frons. Or more specifically, someone in his office did the research for the PPD story and it went 'through' Guza to the breakdown and script writers who are doing a good job with the info. I think quite abit of the Scrubs story has come from Frons and went 'through' Guza rather than actually being written by Guza.

This show can do all it wants but nothing is going to bring back the audience that it has lost GH has killed off it's vets and has lost the heart of what GH once was period. Any pairing at this point ain't going to save them period there is no effort in the pairings now nor will ever be.
I think TPTB agree with ya. so thats why Scrubs is up front and center and others couples are being swapped around.
IF you notice less and less of Maurice and Steve THAT WILL BE THE TELL TALE sign that mob is limited now and COUPLES are the way they writers are told to go.
Time will tell, time will tell.

Robin reaches her breaking point

1/25

Scrubs are fine.

Patrick is sitting there talking to Agent Raynor knowing that Robin, Emma and Matt may very well be dead. Obviously they aren't.
When you see how they are discovered to be alive, you'll know exactly how -'platinum' Scrubs are.
Is that a good thing for Scrubs fans?
YES!

The things posted here can be amusing but every once in awhile you guys do get it right.
What you are seeing at GH right now is 75% BF and 25% BG. That is what is happening and has been happening since the latter part of Sept. Changes were implemented at that time and writers were given a short period to accomplish those changes.
Once last comment, there are always numerous drops made about FG's here and on other boards. That is the most amusing thing of all, the actual data from FG's is only given out to a select few. Even actors and actresses aren't given breakdowns of info, instead they are sometimes told they did well, seldom are they told if they were received badly. The very last amusing thing is that couples, which generate so much conversation here, and at other boards, are seldom evaluated as separate entities. BF has also often acted against what these FG's promote as "positive fan interest" regardless if it is about a storyline or actress or actress or the rare couples.
Do you have any spoilers?
This is the only thing I'm going to tell you and then I'll be leaving the board (as last time I was here someone biggypacked my drops). This pre-sweeps bio-toxin tease is not indicative of changes coming to GH. The only thing that will change what is occuring on GH is if viewers tune out. Patrick and the hospital look to be a huge focus of the upcoming story, but GH is and will continue to be about the MOB, Sonny and Jason and the people in their lives.
Viewer complaints about the lack of love stories and romance are to be addressed with Scrubs and the return of LL2. These couples will be your couples. The younger set and the will they, won't they stories will be the love story angst with the Mob and those involved being the primary focus.
That is what you will see. I understand that many won't believe that, that is a good thing, but watch what is actually on your screens and then remember that you were warned.
MMWatGH
It was felt the show needed to have at least some "perceived" happy families on the show, even it they are only a backdrop. Scrubs will be drawing both their families into their story and will drive secondary storylines on the show. LL2 will undoubtedly have much less airtime but they will be shown to be a "happy family" this along with periodic stories involving the hospital and the "families" to even include occasionally the Q's are hoped to satisfy fans on those fronts.
MMWatGH

I love people talking about Scrubs being platinum and how great their storyline is? Has it or their wedding done anything for ratings? No I didn't think so as they did nothing for NS2 also,
The show has been about the mob for the last decade, and because of that the show has lost boat loads of viewers. Why would you think a wedding for a "B" couple would bring in ratings? As far as NS2, if you would like to share ratings, then share. The ratings were not published. NS1 lost more then half of their viewers due to storyline line decisions & basically pulling a bait & switch on viewers. TPTB realize that now, and unfortunately for them, not all the viewers came back to NS2.
As far as Scrubs being golden, that has nothing to do with ratings. It has to do with the fact that TPTB have no current plans to end them. This crisis story is not the beginning of the end as people like to say it will be. I understand fans of other couples may not like this. But this is just how it is. Their "platinum" status can change at the drop of a hat, but for now it is what it is.
Patrick knows everyone who was in the boardroom. He is in charge of quarantining them.
thank you
No need to thank me. I have no idea how this idea of "golden" or "platinum" got mixed up with ratings. It simply means they are pretty much the only couple on the show that TPTB see as a solid couple. That doesn't mean Scrubs will get airtime, or a great story or anything their fans may want. It means their status as a couple is solid.
That's all
IA. Thank you. I don't think Scrubs is a B couple on GH. I would say the A couples are (or were): Scrubs, Skate, CarJax, JoLu. Everyone else would be a B (or even C) couple.
They are a "B" couple, so is CarJax in the minds of the TPTB. Carly, however, is an "A" character. Scrubs airtime & storyline concentration never came close to Skate or JoLu. Yet they always perform better with the audience. Maybe their lack of airtime might help them.

Thanks-when does he find out Robin and Emma are missing?
Emma and Robin aren't missing for very long. Maxie/Johnny finds Robin and then Maxie/Johnny/Robin get to the van. All make it to the hospital where only part of the hospital is quarantined.

Patrick doesn't think his family is missing. Robin and Emma make it to the hospital by early ihe first week of February. He doesn't even know they got caught in the snow. There is a question after the fire about who survived but Emma is not part of that question. Robin is.
I'm confused. The first week of February is when Robin is cracking up and when she/Emma get in the van though.
Sorry. Meant the second week. I misspoke.
Can you say what the deal is with Robin being found in the snow and Emma being missing? Is she in the van, and where is Robin? Right outside the van or a ways away?
Emma is in the van because the van broke down and Robin had to go try to find help. The van isn't right next to her but it isn't that far away.

The airducts in the OR are mistakenly connected to the boardroom, which is why those two places are compromised, and why the people in each of those rooms are quarantined. The rest of the hospital should be okay...except the fire supposedly spreads to the 10th floor nurses station.

The gases that are released that eventually ignite to catch the nurses hub on fire start getting released this week. The fire isn't until later. Like every episode up through January 28 is one hour the episodes following are over a short but not defined time period.

The four couples that as of now are safe from real third party angst are:
Patrick/Robin
Johnny/Lulu
Jason/Liz
Lucky/Sam
Everyone else will have heavy third party interference as it has been set now.
Not to beat a dead horse but I was told Leyla was nothing, a blip, not real 3rd party angst.
So what do you mean by real third party angst.
I think definitions are not clear
.
I meant, no new or possible love interests are introduced to cause trouble for them.
Here's what i can say-some things that were set in stone are definitely getting mixed around in terms of couples:
Things continuing as planned:
Tracy/Luke/Laura
Liz/Jason
Lucky/Sam
Lulu/Johnny
Alexis/Jerry
Diane/Max
Patrick/Robin

Friday October 3:
Patrick and Robin have a big talk
Thursday October 9:
Patrick and Robin finally agree about their future.
Friday October 10:
A secret that Patrick's been keeping from Robin is starting to bother him.

It seems that Patrick has a secret of his own and he’s not sure if now is the time to clue Robin in. They’re moving forward with their future together, so why not?

Finding out about Matt's connection to Patrick makes Maxie want to make a him a part of Patrick/Robin's wedding

Hey there.. Still no word on who's gonna be on Shit2?
I was told again recently that Jason and Kimberly are, not sure who else right now but it's definitely not more than one other GH contract
Someone said early today that the writers were told there would massive rewrites given out today-is that true?
I saw that and I'm trying to find out more. It would not surprise me
I was wondering, what has been the response to Scrubs and the pregnancy storyline so far?
the response to both the storyline and Patrick has been mixed. The response to Robin remains consistently positive on the whole
what has been the big complaint with the storyline?
My understanding is the prevailing complaint is that the storyline isn't reflective of Robin's medical status and there is disappointment over Patrick's behavior

and one other but it's not NB - I'm waiting for confirmation

Is RS starting to tape in ealry July or starts to air in early July
As I said a few nights ago, I think there's a little misunderstanding about this. Rick's summer story kicks-off in July but I believe he'll be back for a few appearances in June.

Except maybe Rick S.'s return. But there is a lot of comedic stuff surrounding this storyline.
If you're interested in that. Then summer will be pretty good for you.

Patrick becomes frustrated with Robin's feelings about Patrick as both a potencial father and a husband.
Anna's struggle with becoming a grandmother varies in vast degrees . Eli Love's appearance may make all the difference for Anna. While Patrick faces up to his ultimate fear of losing Robin the way Noah lost Patrick's mother.
Robin and Patrick share an intimate moment as parents (source of the above)

[From the same insider who dropped info in response to Robin staying clear of Patrick and Anna]
OMG, is Patrick and Anna having a fling?
No. She is tried of their freakouts

Patrick is yakking to Coleman and spouts Anna Love.
Robin overhears.
Patrick thinks Robin wants to marry - asks her - she says no.
Patrick goes to drown sorrows or relief, and finds Luke.
Patrick goes back to Robin and Robin breaks it down for him.
Anna meanwhile is feeling bad and goes to catch up with Luke.
They scheme.
Robin has had enough of Devane and Drake and seeks out Mac.
That is what I have. I think once again people are getting too hung up on the wording. The first "proposal" is more like yeah we should get married and Robin says no and then Patrick comes back and pushes saying I know you want to get married and Robin has to convince him she doesn't. Patrick thinks he would be realived about that but he is surprisingly not.

Robin is scared to let a sincere Patrick in (source of the above)

There was a spec on here earlier today that GH was continuing the push-pull for Scrubs right now because they don't know how to write for her HIV status pregnancy stuff and they don't want to mess it up again like they did the broken condom/exposure issues stuff. Is there any truth to that?
When will this HIV pregnancy story start being about HIV??
I can't believe they don't have the info to do it. I know they have a researcher, they have contacted Hollywood, Health and Society, and they have been contacted by Woman at Risk. Oh, and the Scrubs board made a laminated fact sheet with HIV pregnancy info and sent it to TIIC. SO what's the problem? Why can't they just write about how Robin's HIV is affecting her pregnancy instead of these stupid, endless pregnancy cliches and flatulence mentions ( a new low for Conforti today)
Thank you!

They absolutely know the details and have consulted far more broadly than the groups you've mentioned. It's a long 11 month pregnancy and they will get there. They are more interested in keeping Patrick and Robin lighter against the darker stories they are currently telling
Oh yeah, I remember Kimberly saying that at one of her PA's. Hmm. I sincerely hope they have a better story up their sleeves than an HIV positive pregnant woman having an emergency C section in a stalled elevator, delivered by a mobster and his sidekick.
I really want Patrick to get to deliver his own child, if she can't actually have the baby in, you know, a hospital. lol

well they've been talking with a few doctors about vaginal birth and have been told that it is a viable option for someone of Robin's viral load etc - so your wish may come true

-Back with some mail room info. Not much has changed in terms of couples inflow, but there has a been a big response (definitely not all positive) to the most recent GH happenings.
-In terms of couples fanmail, pretty much the same. Liason and Scrubs are still the top mail getters. Once again, these are individual letters and do not include collective efforts from fanbases (source of the above)

4/24
NEW doc for Robin drop:
READ a LONG time ago, this doctor is FEMALE and never was a romantic interest for Patrick and is coming to town to help with Robin's condition (her pregnancy) She will NOT be an angst for Scrubs but will be "tested' with many males on GH. One was suppose to be Jax's but with him leaving NOW, that leaves Nik, ric and Lucky right? OR IMO LEO.
IMO she and Leo will be on NS2 and if the crowd likes them, they will be more on NS2 then Scrubs due to Kimberly and Jason T contracts coming up in Oct and Nov. JMO
But I've read she isn't interested in patrick and never had been. so relax scrubbies when you read she female and a NON love interest of Patrick's in the past. She here for Robin, Patrick is worried about her.

Any airdates for Robin? TY
She is on all but one day next week and one day the week of the 5th.
So the week of the 5th she is only on for one day? That sucks.
No. I meant she is only off one day the week of the 5th. Sorry.

What I want to know is Patrick sincere in wanting to marry Robin is it something he really wants or does he just out of obligation.
He THINKS it is what Robin wants. She doesn't want that. He "asks", she say's no. He goes to Luke and then goe's back to get Robin's explanation as to why she said no. It's all the things - going by the show - that you'd think Patrick would be happy about (letting him off the hook) - and then he realizes he really DOES want to marry her.

VM will be returning. (source of the above)

1/5 Heard in the Waiting Room

  • The open letter/petition is currently at 730 signatures, way to go!! However, with other insiders confirming the twist, we really need to step it up. Don't let the only HIV+ pairing on television become 3rd and 4th players in an HIV pregnancy storyline.
  • The scene on Friday with Maxie, Spinelli and Lucky just has to be mentioned as one of the best acted scenes in a long time. Kirsten Storm's performance in the scene of Maxie breaking down in grief over Georgie was Emmy-caliber (at 2:35 in the below clip).

I think now is the time for fans to be vocal. Wait and see could be bad. I mean fans uproar changed Michael from being AJ's killer. I'm not saying be nasty or mention where you heard things or specific spoilers but speak up.
While there is no guarantee that letter writing/phone calls etc will change the direction of any storyline, it can happen. And if for nothing else, it would allow there to be a trace of evidence for decline in viewership, should one occur because of any given storyline. (source)
Chat up, I think the Scrubs fans are going to sentence Scrubs to the perenial back burner by getting them removed from a story that is interesting and will get lots of attention from viewers.
Two fan groups want a baby. This will give them both a story. It's going to screw over Carly (which is happening a lot these days) and Patrick will have to put up or shut up.
Why can't people see what they're doing?

I'm not sure how I can answer you.
If people are displeased with a storyline - any storyline -then they should feel free to comment on it. Those unhappy with the Emily and Georgie's death have done so in spades.
Chat Up
what's the deal with Kristina Wagner? Is she sticking around? Also, is Jason Gerhardt leaving the show in say the next three months?

I've been out of the office for the holidays so I don't know for certain but last I heard she has expressed interest in staying and the producers would be willing to accommodate her.
Can't speak to Jason at all, sorry.
Are they worried more people will tune out? Rumor has it Frons secretary is telling people that Jax is not the father of Robins baby.
I can't speak to what Frons' secretary told people.
But there is an overwhelming concern about people tuning out in general -(not related to one storyline) Money is the driving factor in all decisions. And I know this is where you will all tell me the reasons why they should turn out.
Chatup: Any news on whether Jax is going to be the father of Robin's baby? I remember you previously had Patrick in your info. TIA
I won't be able to check with anyone until next week.
Thanks, but just to confirm... you previously had Patrick as recently as a couple of weeks ago?
The last I asked anyone about it was end of Nov/early December and that's what I was told.
Chat up, why all the secrecy of the storyline? TIA
Okay last question and then I'm out.
when I get story info it is at the end of the continuum rather than the beginning.
there are some storylines that are being played closer to the vest than others and I believe this is one of them.
If you have your entire storyline spoiled in advance and outside of your control then people may not tune in and you don't get the opportunity to promote it the way you want to (this goes for any storyline)
Chat Up,
Can you explain why Guza's name wouldn't be listed for the writers today if his outlines are being followed?

Credits form part of the collective agreement between the Writers Guild and the AMPTA and so there are strict rules about who can and can't be credited.
If he received no credit today then they were not obligated to do so likely due to working from a different outline
CU,
You said there is concern over loss of viewers. Do you really think changes will be made or is it more lip service?

I do believe changes are coming.
That being said, I understand the skepticism I read on here (source)

I was told that I could confirm this. Jax is the father of Robins baby. However like I said before in the timeline I gave Robin and Patrick will get back together. I saw that someone outed that I left two red herring posts in my spoilers. I did. However they were ones that will be cleared up in a couple of weeks.
Thats all I have time for Today

I don't want to duel with anyone, but I don't know where the Red Herring insider is getting their information because I can tell you that I've been told (most recently as yesterday) that Patrick is the biological father of Robin's baby. I asked because of all the stuff that went down before. My contact told me this has been established for at least 2 months now. It just won't be obvious to everyone right away.
