Maxie goes to Spinelli , the new PI, and they are apart of the Text Message Killer storyline. Also you should be seeing a bit more of JJY and KW for this storyline. This can be checked with any insider for verification stories. You won't be hurting for interaction between those two. (source)

Maxie is resentful when Mac sticks up for Felicia. She doesn't trust them to find who killed Georgie.
Maxie's unease around Coop grows. She soon seeks out Spinelli to help her do a little investigating. Spinelli isn't enthusiastic about Maxie's plans at first.
Robin makes a life altering decision and informs Patrick that she is pregnant.. by a sperm donor. Robin plans to keep her distance from Patrick but will she be able to when certain situations arise? And what happens if someone else finds out about Robin's secret? Robin finds herself on the otherside of a familar situation.

If there is an insider here-anything on what Patrick is doing while Robin is pregnant?
Moping because (he thinks) he's not the father.
When Robin tells him she's pregnant he has an almost immediate semi-change of heart. He still can't bring himself to admit he wants children, but he really doesn't like th eidea of Robin having someone else's baby. He is very curious as to who? Robin assures him its anonymous but she has conversations with Jax, and Nik, and Lucky and he's suspicious of all. That'll get you to February and I haven't seen the scripts for what happens then. The fact that CarJax are trying for a baby while Robin will have hers....it's a concidence.
They might say that Robin's anon sperm was switched with his (Jax).
They do not.
What happens then?
He thinks it is from the sperm bank. Kelly advises her to fudge the dates.
So Patrick thinks she was inseminated by sperm from a sperm bank? And Kelly advises Robin to fudge dates to throw Patrick off?

I can tell you that there is no definite plans at all at this point. Nothing about Patrick never figuring out the truth. The show does not currently have information that far in advance.
I am guessing by "in advance," nothing further then Feb sweeps?
You would be correct. Anyone telling you information for the entire length of the pregnancy is not being truthful. (source)

not sure how many people this is, in regards to the promo and the Patrick/Leyla stuff:
He turns her down. How do you feel about that?

That's why I would assume people would accept this. I've heard for awhile that all Robin/Patrick fans want is for Patrick to turn someone down. You get it here.
So if he turns her down I doubt Robin hears that part. Just him telling Leyla he has been exposed. She probably assume he is giving Leyla full disclosure so she can decide whether to sleep with him or not and that they will screw.

A tidbit for the Scrubs fans. Your theme the next few weeks will be misunderstandings. I think you can gather from that what you will.
He probably goes in the room on Friday and again on Monday and in between he is macking on Leyla
Nope. Leyla scenes with Patrick are on Friday towards the middle. Patrick's scenes with Emily/Nikolas are at the end of Friday and carry into Monday.
So Robin doesn't see them together?
She overhears.
Insider can you clarify the timeline? Robin overhears Patrick/Leyla. What does she overhear him telling her? That he has been exposed to HI and then right after that Kelly tells her she is pregnant?
Robin finds out she's pregnant. Goes to find Patrick, hears him telling Leyla that he's been exposed. She misunderstands and walks away.
Patrick shows his feelings for Robin very clearly when she passes out at the Nurse's station in front of him. (source)
