Lisa is nice from what has been taped already, she is just a normal girl. Will he actually be there for liz or will he be caught up with lisa? Liz is happy to see her brother but she knows something is up. She is right because Steven and Lisa have a weird thing going on. Will she want Patrick back or will it be Patrick wanting her? thanks She is very much interested in Patrick and she asks a lot of questions about him. Robin doesnt seem to mind, she actually likes Lisa. Matt is fascinated by Lisa but he is also in a position to see what is going on between Lisa and Steven Webber. Lisa isn't obsessed with anyone. Lisa is a fun loving nice person. But the friendship she strikes up with Robin leaves Patrick feeling awkward. Nothing says "oh boy" like your ex and your wife palling around. Throw in an interested brother, a glaring difference in how Patrick use to be with Lisa (ala Matt) as opposed with Robin, now. Anything further you can share on scrubs? A lot of fluff between now and November. The decision was made that they've had enough angst for a while. Their stories will be relevant but the angst will be external rather than internal. any hints on who is going to resign or who might leave? Several GH's are slated for renewal this year. Jt and KMc are believed to be staying(I don't know if a contract has been signed or not).
6/6 Scrubs scene this coming week will be very sweet & intimate & their fanbase will love the show I suspect. However it is not a full scene & I believe there is more of an afterglow than actual love scene. It also is not the hot sexy scene you may want simply because they are slowly bringing them back together & want it to be more romantic & sweet than hot & sexy.

I have an internship with ABC. Yes really I do & no we don't get spoilers.The biggest complaint GH receives is the lack of hospital shown. Just a little piece of advice if you are not a fan of a certain character or couple, do not write TPTB & tell them you do not like so & so you are just adding to their mail count. Any reaction is a great reaction to them. It's best to write them & tell them who you enjoy. Rude mail gets tossed in the trash immediately. Also we get our choice of the goodies & such you guys send for your campaigns & the stuff we don't want goes in the garbage. The fan letters & emails are counted & we interns pick & choose which ones to give to a writer.
I asked for clarification on Matt's story and I was told its P/R supporting him. This story is really about Matt. Its going to lead to a bigger hospital arc. Tiff
Scrubs? They are heavily involved with Matt's drama-- as you know. Nothing new there. Matt rejects them both at first but it is Robin who gets through to him before Patrick. And no, I am not implying anything happens with Robin/Matt-- it doesnt. Do you know if Liz is involved in the hospital drama more than just being in the OR with Matt during the botched surgery? Not so far. She's in on the surgery. From there, it is Robin, Patrick, Matt, Alexis, the mayor and his wife who are involved. Diane also gets pulled in. -- I've stayed quiet. But seriously, it's not that big of a deal. Michael yells at Robin. He yells at Liz. He yells at Epiphany. He yells at his mother and Jax. Get the point? Michael yells. What insecurities does Robin have that Patrick soothe before they have sex? It starts out as they havent been together since Emma's birth, a little about her "changes" in her body, and then she brings up whether he is totally over seeing her with Brad.
Michael screams at Monica and he throws "things" again, this time its more aggressive than with Robin and Jason does intervene and does get a "pop" on the chin for his trouble!!

I do KNOW that there is another medical mystery coming up after the mayor's story and its a euthanasia storyline. But that's about it.
Who are the couples that you can mention w/ love scenes coming up? Scrubs next week.Then I think the order is----------- Jolivia Then Sonny/Claudia Then the surprise couple. I know this is the last week in June. I don't know July couples yet.

In an unfortunate turn of events, the picture of a little boy used in Touissant's storyline on GH: Night Shift 2, was Christopher Rodriguez - a little boy who was kidnapped, raped and murdered in 2007. In a press release - "SOAPnet will air a series of public service announcements in Christopher's honor, to raise awareness of missing and exploited children. Meanwhile, the episode is being edited to permanently remove the photo, and we have taken steps, including reviewing internal processes to determine how it happened in hopes of preventing this type of mistake from occurring again."

::Golden:: Soaps.com: Since Patrick is still at the hospital when Anthony is brought in, he performs surgery and is assisted by Matt. Spinelli can't find Patrick anywhere. SID: (MishyMashy and SZ) Scrubs on the cover holding their baby...Emma Robin falls into a coma because her blood won't clot and Kelly Lee nicks the baby's ear while performing the c-section (thus introducing the HIV aspect) SOW: (SZ) Oh, Baby, Robin's In Trouble! JT speaks in the article. He says Scrubs were trying to have a normal delivery but at the last minute it’s too risky. They have to do an emergency C-section because the baby is in distress, with her heart rate dropping and the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck.
Kelly delivers the baby but JT says she’s not breathing right off the bat, so they’re worried but “then she lets out a scream, and elation follows.”
That celebration is short-lived because as Patrick is holding the baby he notices a nick on her ear from the C-section. So there’s panic with blood-on-blood contact between Robin and the baby. Now they have to test her for HIV.
Kelly comes back with the results of the test and then Robin passes out.
JT says it’s been a rollercoaster energy-wise and she just falls apart. Patrick then finds out she might have DIC, the same thing the woman, Stacy, who died of HIV [sic] on last year’s NS, had. The blood doesn’t clot and Stacy died after delivering a healthy baby girl.
The same could happen to Robin. JT says that Patrick goes into a tailspin with going from not wanting kids at all to facing the reality that he could be raising the baby on his own. “He tells her ‘I can read books and figure out when to feed you, and how to feed you, but being a father in my heart and really loving you the way you deserve to be loved – I don’t know if I know how to do that.’ He’s cracking at the seams a little.”
Surprisingly, he gets some help from Matt. JT notes that everyone is very supportive but he ends up talking to Matt, which is good. It’s nice for Patrick to have someone there, even if they don’t know each other that well.
Patrick’s then takes on the emotional task of feeding his daughter for the first time. JT says he’s trying to be a father and get over his fear a little. He’s taking a small step.

(Personal stuff is still off limits, imo) Well, I can tell you this: NIGHT SHIFT was a huge, huge success. Not just in ratings for SoapNet, but for call-in’s, PR and letters to the studio. So much so, SoapNet is considering a full time 30min show, all year (save a few week hiatus). How does Scrubs work into this? Not sure, no one is sure. I hear some of the recent unhappy campers from GH (not getting storylines) may move over there. I also hear some bigger names may be going as well. They will do double-duty for awhile but slowly, move over to SoapNet. The network recently expanded into a bigger market as well, setting the stage. They’d like to get it “the go to show” for that 18-24 year old set. Does that bode well for vets? Hmmm, dont’ know. (source)

Recently, the CDC released startling statistics that the rate of HIV infection in the US was 40% higher than previously estimated. Infection rates haven't fallen in more than a decade and it's clear we aren't preventing a preventable disease. More than 1 million live with the virus, an estimated 25% do not know they have the virus, 34% of all infections occur in people younger than 30, women comprise 27% of the epidemic, 53% of new infections in '06 were men who have sex with men, and African Americans represent almost half of all infections. It's clear that the government is taking measures to address the AIDS crisis globally with George W. Bush’s President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) that has a $48 billion price tag. PEPFAR requires countries to submit their national AIDS strategies... and yet the US itself does not have one. There is no coordinated strategy between the 30 HIV/AIDS programs in 6 different departments of government with more than 20 agencies focused on HIV and AIDS. Thankfully, there seems to be a turning point...on July 17, 2008, the Senate Appropriations Committee approved a $1.4 million budget to develop a National AIDS Strategy within the White House Office of National AIDS Policy.
How important do you feel it is for the next President to make a National AIDS strategy a priority, what AIDS policy initiatives do you feel are important, and which candidate do you feel would lead the better fight against AIDS?

Clearly the thing that troubles me the most is that both McCain and Palin believe that there should be abstinence only education. This means that education of young men and woman about STDS including HIV and AIDS in schools would be thrown out the window.
In 2004, HIV was the leading cause of death in the United States for Africa-American women. Women ages 25-34 are especially at risk.
Barack is involved with promoting microbicides, which is a medicine that can be applied topically without the consent of the sexual partner. This is particularly important in areas where there's mass violence against women as in Darfur. Women who are raped will be able to protect themselves that they wouldn't contract HIV. And even though they would have to deal with the physical and emotional trauma of being raped, they would have the power to protect their health.
Because Barack wants to empower women not only at home and globally, I believe Obama would be the best champion in the fights against AIDs. (link to question/answer) Read more...

I don't have a lot of specific storyline information but I feel like if you are a scrubs fans, a jolu fan or a lusam fan you're probably safe through Christmas. Otherwise, things are really weird now About Scrubs engagement, it was filmed over a week ago so it has to be soon. The show is three weeks and three days out right now. -- Its kind of like what happened at AMC earlier this year. Esenstein and Brown were still in charge. They had not been fired, Pratt had not been hired but some changes started being made here and there and no one was for sure where they were coming from. That's happened with some things at GH too which has a lot of people talking about a possible change in HW but its just spec. No one is sure what is going on. So rumors of Guza being in a state of transition are really true? I wouldn't go so far as to say the rumors are true. I'll say that it is true there are backstage rumors he may be transitioning out. But no one knows at this point if its true or not. Its just being discussed and compared to the situation that occurred last spring before Esenstein and Brown were out and Pratt was in. There are supposedly quite a few similarities.
For one week, GH will flashforward and have Adrianna Scorpio tell the "future".
The baby's name is Hunter Drake. Matt helps save Robin and he and Patrick bond over it thus he gets the honor and before the wedding Robin agrees the baby should have Patrick's last name, not a hyphenated name. I should clarify. Patrick is there for her and makes an honest woman out of her. Thank you. Where does Robin have the breakdown? At the hospital. She is frustrated because she realizes she really did want to marry Patrick. With work and her hormones she breaks down. Liz will find her and go and get Patrick. I thought Patrick proposed at the PCPD, not the hospital? I never said he proposed to her during the breakdown. He will comfort her. She doesn't let him know what is wrong.
Robin knows nothing about Jake. That truth is not coming out anytime soon. Lucky is Jake's daddy.
On Wed, Liz tells Jason that she still wants to be with him but he doesn't want her to end up like Kate. They go back and forth a bit until he takes her to see Kate. Liz basically is like whatever and walks out. She is then with Robin.
Scrubs get engaged on October 10 and get a big splashy wedding complete with some out of town guests in November. That's as everythign as anyone is ever going ot get on GH.
