Then why aren't TPTB noticing how much NS ratings have tanked w/ the new direction of the story and the emails letters and calls not wanting to see Patrick w/ Leyla? Why are they still pushing that and not noticing?
That's the thing. They are. This peyla stuff is being tweaked to make it NOT look like NS. They've had hell to pay for that mess
I appreciate your talking withme but why arw thye still pushing the Leyla Patrick hooks up in the previews and soapnet emails? If they had hell to pay why not pull it? The only way not to offend viewers is just take Leyla out of the equation and put in someone else if they are so hell bent on Patrick w/ another woman. That is the only way to make it not NS. If this board is any indication people are not seperating the two due to the actress
Because NS is a done deal. That can't be changed. The reaction has been nothing short of horrible for Peyla. Everyone knows it. Scrubs are the story for GH. Guza just got a little greedy on NS when the ratings went so sky high. They tried to look at what if's as opposed to keeping their eye on the ball at the time.
Will you feel differently when it's shown that Patrick still desperately loves Robin and Leyla is just to pass the time to TRY and move on
Now you have to admit the growth in Patrick on GH. This break up was about the future. Two people wanting different things. He told her he could be happy with her like they are for the rest of his life. That he loves her so much it scares him sometime? She wants marriage and a family. he THINKS he doesn't
So Patrick will not be hooking up w/ Leyla on GH then?
I don't know for certain how that will go down. What I do know is that Robin and Patrick will BOTH be shown to still be desperately in love with one another. Not like on NS. (source)
