Night Shift Episode Titles and Synopsis:
Episode 9 (airing September 6): "Gutter Ball" Patrick's secret surgery on Lainey's uninsured dad may be a rare good deed on his part, but it could also be bad news for the hospital once nosy Jolene gets wind of Dr. Drake's illegal action. Meanwhile, Epiphany has something to say about Toussaint's past...and she plans on saying it to a lot of people. (source)
Episode 10 (airing September 13): "Falling Star" The paternity of Stacey's baby is revealed; Spinelli unwittingly foils Jolene's next attack; Regina's confidence is low. (source)

Robin accuses Patrick of using Leyla to hurt her. The truth is even more hurtful.
Jason agrees to stage a kiss with Robin for Patrick's benefit
Someone will get a home. Robin

Robin makes a choice and Patrick is too late. Too late and not sure he wants to join in on her latest decision. Leyla is there to comfort Patrick. But Leyla is cold comfort. And Jason who wants his baby and can't be with him, gives Patrick a piece of his mind. Something Patrick takes the wrong way. Angst. Oh the Angst. (source)

9/1 NS:
That anon was wrong. Jason and Robin do kiss but it's on NS next episode not GH and its not staged. It's on the roof at the end. Robin initiates it.
Yeah? Robin initiates it? That quick?????????? Shocked
I see some of the Scripts sometimes. It is the next episode. It'll say it in the SOD recap, i'm sure. Also Scrubs break up next week too.
What causes the breakup? The baby stuff?
The episode starts with robin talking to the Social worker, Patrick overhears the conversation. Robin sees him as he walks away towards the stairwell and she follows him down. He gets angry at her and basically tells her that he doesn't want to be a father and that he feels like she's making all these life changing decisions and leaving him behind. She tells him that she's really not but he gets angry and storms off. Leyla sees the fight and she catches up to Patrick and tells him it will be okay and he thanks her and walks away. The break up is in the locker room. The break up ends amicably with robin saying they see two different paths for the future and it's not worth sticking around because they don't want the same things anymore. She walks out after the kiss on the cheek. Leyla walks in afterwards and comforts him. The father shows up in the second to last scene and tells robin that he's here for his baby. At the end they show Robin sobbing at the hospital rooftop and Jason sees her and comforts her. She leans in and kisses him.

oh and there is a Leyla/Patrick kiss in the locker room which is initiated by her and it cuts off

Again i have no reason to lie. You'll see for yourself. I get scripts sometimes so i can share it sometimes. I dropped all the above and yes it is the same episode.

Lainey's father dies. Jolene kills him towards the end of the episode. Regina is reprimanded by Dr. Ford and threatened to be kicked out of the program. Epiphany pushes Stan to comfort Lainey. Spinelli impulsively kisses Jolene to which Jolene uses as an advantage to keep Jason off her back (he's notices something is off with Jolene). (source)
