Highlight of the Week: Thursday, August 21: Patrick proposes to Robin.
Can Robin Save Robert?
KMc says that Robert has colon cancer. She says that having a parent who is sick is scary for any kid, but it's even worse with Robert because he's bullheaded and doesn't want to accept treatment. So it's a constant struggle to get him well.

Robert refuses Robin's medical advice and according to KMc he tries to leave the hospital. She doesn't think Robert really takes her seriously as a doctor.

She does note that he takes the cancer seriously but he's scared so he tries making a lot of jokes and laughing it off. He ends up coming around and staying at the hospital.

TR chimes in that this gives Robert and Robin the opportunity to talk about their problems. He says they get into a lot of issues that they haven't before because he wasn't on the show. "She didn't grow up with her father. We're going to deal with a lot of that. It's a totally different return to what we had the last time [in 2006]. It's much more the father-daughter side of their relationship. We're really going to see how these two connect."

KMc says she and Tristan are really excited because they have really great stuff to do and they get to work together. She notes that when he came back to GH in 2006 they worked pretty close together for, like, a week and then she didn't get to work with him again. So this is cool.

TR says he's just hoping it meets the expectations of fans.

Crimson's first issue will published and don't be shocked if a petite brunette is on the cover.

Anna will be coming aboard NS to prove to Robert he is still a "Man". Don't look for the couple to head off into the sunset though, as after the deed is done they will butt heads.

Patrick and Matt clash on the Spinelli diagnosis

Robin goes on and on to Jason about how much she loved being in the cottage with him and Michael and that prepared her for motherhood. She gushes about that time. She tells Jason he's the reason she has the strength to have her baby. She thought her dreams for motherhood were dashed when she lost him and Michael but now she has Patrick and this baby and she thanks him because in some way he made it all possible. Robin and Patrick discuss how sad it is that he'll never have what they have and going to work for Sonny has cost Jason a chance on ever being happy. They talk about how sad they are for him.

Thursday August 14th:
Robin worries about Jason's loneliness.
