Scrubs gets their baby SL next year. Before that Leyla will be either pregnant or faking a pregnancy to try to keep them apart. If she is pregnant she will miscarry. TPTB haven't decided if they want to keep her or not so they haven't set it in stone. (source)

How will SBr affect Scrubs and Liason?
She has no effect on either. She is going to be paired with SBu down the line. Scrubs are set for each other.

Look for Robin and Patrick to hit the backburner once they are put back together. Their "winter" storyline was cut, why? maybe because of the failure of NS, but regardless, not a lot of airtime for them. Mob storyine is going to be front and center through February sweeps. Scrubs won't be a part of it. (source)

You can stop with your told you so's. she gets attacked in January. That is what changes Patrick's mind about children. He sees life is too short and decides they should go for it. Robin is hesitant at that point.
when do they get back together? and how does Georgie's death affect them? TIA
People have already told you this. Robin breaks down with Patrick after Georgie's death. They spend NYE together and that is when they get back together. Robin is embracing the life is too short route at that point and decides that Patrick's compromise offer (he will think about it in year) is good enough. Personally I hate it but it is what it is.
BTW: do you know when in Jan she gets attacked?
I just heard in January after they reunite on NYE. Who knows when.
And Patrick thinks the opposite? He will embrace the baby now scenario?
My impression is (from the few details I have been given) when they first get back together he is happy that Robin has accepted the compromise and it is Robin almost getting killed a few weeks later that changes his mind but that freaks Robin out about having children and he has to convince her.
