Is this in the ER? Are Patrick and Robin involved?
Yes it is. I do believe Pat and Robin are involved as well.
Are Liz, Lainey, Kelly or Nadine there?
I am not really sure. I just skimmed the script but I would imagne there will be a lot of the cast involved. This is going to be one of their big stories.
I loved the grey's episode...so I'll be interested to see what they do here.

From what I understand Liz gets attacked in January. I believe soon after the house fire. Lulu is also attacked. I believe this is while Lucky has the wrong man in custody which happens to be Daniel....the guy from Kelly's. (source)

No, she's not. But believe what you'd like. Carly and Jax only have a minimal role with Robin's story. They parallel. Robin and Carly are both attempting to get pregnant. Carly is having trouble. Robin doesn't. But Robin does not get pregnant with Jax's child.

Robin's baby story doesn't start really picking up until end of January into February.
Human bomb is about 2 days worth of scenes. It doesn't amount to much.

The baby stories will parallel. Its to finally end some of that rivalry. Carly and Robin find themselves having similar issues and they grow amicable (source)

here is not much for them until the baby SL in Feb. They are invloved with Nik's stuff in Jan mainly and not on a whole lot.
I haven't given any long-term spoilers past Feb.
A crazy person comes into the hospital threatening to blow it up. The situation is quickly diffused with no one hurt but it starts Patrick on the road to changing his mind about fatherhood. Leyla tries to charge him with sex harrasment. (source)
