Ratings and demos remain an ongoing concern and depending on how sweeps goes, there will be some come to jesus meetings through December
Do TPTB that maybe their handling of JaSam and Scrubs and the Jax story may have hurt them?
I know I love GH but had to turn it off because I could not stomach the regression of Patrick. I love Sam and she was the whipping girl for awhile. Will TPTB fess up to maybe going overboard?
When management examines performance they start at the macro level - they look across the canvas to see blips and tears. If they think it can be fixed at that level then they don't drill deeper.
Otherwise then they start to examine things character by character, storyline by storyline.
You will rarely see management fess up to anything like going overboard or breaking up a pairing when they shouldn't have. That type of admission doesn't play well with the big brass and affects the confidence of shareholders etc. They instead will work on fixing it and look for ways to spin it. (pretty much like most companies)
Ok, so even legit insiders might be getting fed some fake scocops?
They definitely are and they don't necessarily know it.
Do you think Guza may get a co-head writer to assist if NS2 is a go?
I would expect some definite new staff for him. Not sure about his contract and titles so it may not be a co-HW but it could be someone pretty senior.
Most of what they don't want leaked is held under pretty tight wraps. If it does get leaked, it wouldn't be hard to figure out who did it.

I do. It is supposed to be a whole of canvas approach which is a style I like so for that - cast integration, cohesion etc, I think it will be.

Just to be clear that I don't have breakdowns but I know the push towards motherhood continues. It is very much a story they want to tell.

I do - honestly. Some of the fans may not like the current approach but I do think they are going somewhere with this and it will be groundbreaking (not earthshattering but groundbreaking). (source)

Robin is "sulking" because she's upset about Patrick bringing Leyla.
Robin:
She is jealous. It's possible to change attitudes on this show from one day to the next - it's Guza.
She doesn't like that he brought her. She seems them dancing and having a good time, and it upsets her. Emily and Nikolas are there to comfort her.

All I know is that the story with Scrubs is suppose to end up with him realizing all he wasnts is Robin & that he has been running scared basically & she is suppose to realize that she want a life with Patrick more than anything else. I can see some angst but I can't image him being happy & her being miserable.

Next week Patrick tells Elizabeth, the reason he and Robin broke up is because she wants children and he doesn't want to be a father. While he doesn't approve about her rash decision to go the AI route, he still has no desire to becoming a father and that just won't change. (source)

Robin goes to Jason's to ask Spinelli about being a donor. She does it in front of Jason. Spinelli eventually agrees but then is unable to go through with it while at the hospital. He calls Jason upset and once Jason gets there, Spinelli explains he changed his mind and thinks Jason should do it in his place. This is in front of Epiphany, Kelly, Nadine, Patrick and Leyla. Robin is humiliated and Jason tries to explain why he can't do this. Before she's humiliated anymore, Robin tells him she knows why he can't do this. Later on at home, Jason tries to make Spinelli feel better about backing out and explains to him Robin just doesn't seem to understand what she's asking these men to give up. Patrick tells Robin it bothered him seeing her talk to Jason about being a donor but he's finally realized it's none of his business and she should go the AI route with anyone she'd like. He's done meddling and walks away. Robin is left upset. (source)

While Jason tells Robin she'll be a good mother he also doesnt think she's going about this the right way.
Patrick thinks Robin is asking Jason to be the donor and he's once again jealous and finally he just decides it's stupid for him to keep chasing her donors around and trying to stop it so he gives Robin what she has been saying she wants, he's staying out of it. only she isnt so happy to get what she's been asking from him after all.
