That night, Leyla pulls back when Patrick gets amorous, but she decides being with him is worth the complications that might ensue... Robin realizes she wants a baby, even if it means being a single mother. After she and Kelly compile a list of potential fathers, Robin informs Patrick of her decision. She is mortified when he reveals her baby plans to Leo, who made the list as a possible candidate. Robin barks to Patrick that her life is none of his business." (source)

she does become friends with Robin
For nefarious reasons or genuine reasons?
Genuine. She becomes friends with Elizabeth and Emily as well. She does not get along with Patrick,Leyla or Epiphany. She has more scenes with Nikolas coming up
Her and Nik become close friends?
So far just random scenes about Hospital business. Nadine is looking for revenge for her sister. She uses Spinelli to do it
If she come to town looking for revenge she can't be trusted
She is not a truly evil person. She just is looking for justice
Why doesn't she get along with Patrick, Leyla and Epi?
She doesn't like Patrick due to Robin, Leyla because of what her sister told her, and Epiphany because she constantly will conflict with her regarding hospital business (source)

There are tentative plans to give a certain nurse some surprising family ties in the new year. Just tentative at this point, but if it happens it will shock some and anger others. (source)

he is chock full of comments about what she's doing - the list shakes him to the core - I believe they want it to play as though he finally understands that she is serious about going after what she wants. (source)
