----out

she talks to liz about her mortality tomorrow. She tells liz that she is scared of what might happen if she dies, leaving her child alone with Patrick still not sure if he wants to be a parent. She voices all of those things to Liz tomorrow. The scenes are quite heartbreaking and good.
Is HIV specifcally mentioned?
yes

Patrick defends Robin tomorrow against Curtis as well FYI (source of the above)

6/11 Robin confides in Liz her fears of dying and leaving her child without a mother.

She never says he can't be a part of his child's life. That is where your assumption is wrong. She says she doesn't want him to be but she doesn't say he can't be. What she wants is not the same thing as barring him from his child.
===
From what I know he is actually the douche here because he gives her no time to adjust but I am sure due to Guza's male jones it will be Robin is wrong.
==
What I dont get is why you go along with Guza's take on things
===
I think he tells her he went to a lawyer but am not sure. It isn't like he is doing it in secret.
===
There are legal matters but it doesn't reach court. from what I was told it was more like the lawyers and the clients each refuse to give in. In the end they resolve it by living together,
Do you know how this ends up with them living together?

I don't know the exact reason. Just that they resolve it by living together. Remember this battle is not something either one of them wants to do but they get entrenched as do their lawyers.
===
It is not going to be a custody battle. It doesn't even reach court. also she isn't shoving him out of the baby's life as there is no baby right now. She says she is scared to let him in. He gets pissed that she isn't falling in line. Goes to see a lawyer. Wacky hijinks ensue. Now will it be Robin's fault? Probably because she is a wimmens but it isn't like she is asking him to sign papers.
===
To be accurate that is my interpretation of what I was given. My hatred of Guza's male writing sometimes come out in my spilling. I apologize for putting my interpretation in there. More accurate would be that he isn't happy that Robin is not moving in with him and he isn't happy that she still has doubts about him. AGain I apologize.
===
She doesn't try to shove him out of his child's life. I have made that clear time and again. She expresses what she wants and why she is afraid and then struggles with those fears but she never takes steps to keep him from his child. She only gets a lawyer when he does.
===
Just like Patrick didn't deserve to lose his rights because he would rather have killed himself than be a father she doesn't deserve to lose her child because she has so fears (source of the above)
