Night Shift Episode Titles and Synopsis:
Episode 6 (airing August 16): "Love's Labors"
A split second decision could have long lasting repercussions for Leyla when the planet's hottest student crosses the line to save a patient's life. 8/13 Patrick confronts Noah on relasping. Robin and Patrick talk about Noah's problems. Noah admits he has to get off his "Eli Love" kick or all hope of his sobriety is lost. Robin's jealousy over Leyla comes forward and she questions Patrick about it. Patrick says he won't continue to defend himself. Leyla and Patrick talk about Robin/Patrick's relationship. Robin and Patrick hit a stalemate when Patrick says he's given everything he can to Robin, and Robin admits thats a problem because she wants more from him and from her life. (source)
8/12 Patrick does not sleep with anyone. It is a mutual break up because of a nisunderstanding - but Patrick is tired of the reasons for the misunderstandings - as is Robin. They agree they they want different things out of the relationship - and they break up. Robin moves forward with her plans to be a mother - alone. Patrick tries to move on - but finds he can't.
When asked who Patrick turns to: First answer: No one. On GH he will be away for a couple of weeks attending a conference right after NS ends. He & Robin reconcile almost immediately.
When asked yet again: No one. He wants Robin back. Robin just moves forward with her plans to have a baby - and Patrick is more affected by the HIV pregnancy on GH:NS then he lets on.
Regarding post breakup, when SD'ers are convinced Patrick will cheat [and this person said this over and over, hence the exasperated tone]:
He doesn't have sex with anyone else. That is the last time I'm going to repeat that. (source)
8/12 Patrick's actions are interpreted as cheating by Robin. Though Patrick denies the cheating - he does admit to feeling unduly pressured by Robin and the mutually agree to separate. Robin begins to think she can't have it all traditionally and decides to look into alternative methods to conceive. That's all I have and this is towards the end of NS and continuing on GH. (source)
8/12 Tuesday, August 14th, Patrick and Robin argue because Robin is in a foul mood. She accuses him of only being with her for sex. Noah notices she's in a bad mood and Patrick comments she's in a fight-picking mood. Robin calls him names. Later they fight about their sex habits and she storms off. Patrick asks Noah why he's even bothering being in a relationship with her. Epiphany lectures Robin about being a spectacle at the hospital. Patrick asks Robin if they can go somewhere and talk about what's bothering her. She goes off on him again and he asks what is bothering her. She announces she could be pregnant.

Wednesday, August 15th, Patrick wonders how that could be since she's on the pill. She accuses him of accusing her of going off the pill in order to trap him. Robin says he selfish and self-centered and only loves himself. She later comes home with the test and they wait for the results. They talk about not being ready to be parents. They get the resuts and they're negative.

Thursday, August 16th was covered in detail previously.Prior to the result, they both talk about not being ready to be parents. After the result, Patrick is thrilled she's not pregnant and Robin is a little sad but goes along with Patrick.

They tell Epiphany it was a false alarm. Patrick talks about how great it is they dodged that bullet and then they agree not to talk about their false alarm anymore.
