The thing is, the bios aren't written for viewers who are long time followers of the show. They are written for people who have never seen the show or who aren't familiar with the characters. They are also written for trade journalists to use to pull out summaries of the show i.e : Committment-phobic doctor faces fatherhood and love on the second season of Night Shift etc, etc.
These things are hyperbole and not some kind of sneak preview.
a little more from CU (regarding the same as above)
They aren't marketing to Scrubs fans at all - they already have you (and this the point where everyone tells me how they don't have them, they are scarred from Season 1 etc - but they have you)

lusam will cross over to the NS

KeMo may appear on NS2. Rumors continue about testing KeMo with ASJ.
Nothing definitive on GV on NS2 yet.
ASJ is scheduled to appear on all 13 eppys.
TR will not appear on all 13 eppys (maximum, 10 eppys).
FH may appear on NS2 for a few eppys.
NS2 will import other sets from GH as needed.
Not all of the eppys of NS2 have been written or reached production to date.
F.A.F.

NS1
"In the finale's final scene, we see Robin hurry into an exam room to help Patrick with a patient. And this is where it gets weird: Patrick tries to tell Robin to leave because -- sound familiar? -- she is too close to the patient to be objective. In a trippy twist, Robin looks down and sees her own body laid out on the exam table!
Turns out, it's a premonition of Robin's wild life in Season Two of "Night Shift": She will be pregnant with Patrick's baby -- mommyhood at last! -- but the young doctor will also find herself in serious danger yet again ..."

7/2
Noah Drake's back on July 8th; he finds out about the baby.
Looks like Anna sides with Patrick and Noah sides with Robin
Robin finally softens her stand against Patrick.

Are they living together on NS2?
Does Patrick propose on GH before NS2?

You were told they end up living together at the end of this arc. You were never told there was a proposal. I rarely say anything because I get tired of the nightly whining
