SoapNet spoilers: An irritated Noah denies that he looks anything like the singer Eli Love but everyone else thinks otherwise. Epiphany shows a rarely seen side when she reveals how an adolescent crush on the lead singer of a 1960's soul band changed her life. (source)
TVGuide for NS: Is this the end for Patrick and Robin? GH Night Shift – the 13-week spin-off debuting July 12th on Soapnet – will focus heavily on the hot-doc lovers played by Kimberly McCullough and Jason Thompson. But this new show may be bad news for their romance. The first episode has HIV+ Robin bonding with a pregnant patient (Alla Korot) who is also HIV+. That’ll get Robin wanting to have a baby of her own. “Unfortunately, she is in love with a commitment-phobe,” notes headwriter Bob Guza. “The difficulties of an HIV pregnancy aside, Patrick is not ready to settle down and be a dad at his young age.” But Jason is. The moody mobster, played by Steve Burton, is desperate for fatherhood. Plus, he and Robin used to be sweethearts. You do the math. When Night Shift ends in October, Guza will move this story back to GH, where he says, “Patrick and Robin’s relationship issues will be blown sky-high.” (source)

Other Soap comments....

I read the Michael Logan article - I think it's TV guide speculation. I think Guza loves to tease the fanbases and I think he's doing it here. Jason and Robin do share a past and they've touched upon this on GH lately, but honestly, I think it's just to make the connection into NS.

I don't think Scrubs have to be worried - I think it's Guza's way of bringing in the fanbases to watch NS. "Will he or won't he go there again with J&R?" some will tune in to find out.

I could be wrong, but at this point, I think Guza enjoys his power and loves to torture the fans with dangling things in front of them and just out of reach. (source)
