you know i watched gh lastnight for the first time in weeks and when patrick sat there telling robin how he loves her and that her and emma means the world to him and they she is his life i was disgusted because if that was a case he wouldnt humiliate her in public, spending too much time with liz and her kids knowing whats happening to robin,, wouldnt u think if a man truly loves his wife wouldnt he be there with her every waken moment to help her to show her that she can feel safe with him and be safe, no wonder robin doesnt feel safe with patrick she knows exact the kind of guy he is i mean come on think about it, look at the reality of this robin is suffering a mental problem and needs as much love and support from her loved ones as she can get and here is patrick getting too close to that slut liz i mean she has been around more times than carly for crying out loud and now she is sinking her claws into patprick, any ways back to my point patrick is playing poor old victim with liz and robin has no support from him or maxie the only ones she has support are from sonny and jason go figure huh, this is nothing but BS to me...how can gh and the writers do this to robin...
all i have been hearing for days is hang in there scrubs are endgame yea ok thats what i always thought aswell but the writers are ruining patrick again like they did when he was with layla and im sick of it,if scrubs where end game here is a question for everyone, if they where end game why the hell are they the writers splitting them up, why are they hurting the robin character again, and why are they trying to destroy scrubs once again what so they can bring them from the bottom up again, how many times do scrubs have to pulled down and be brought up once again...like i said im losing my witts end with general hospital all together, i have been a fan of gh since i was 14 now im turnign 34 and im ready to shut the whole damn thing off and bar it from my tv, kim has been my number #1 fav soap actress since she was so little and i was excited when she came back to gh in 05 and when i saw JT for the first time i was alittle iffy on the pairing of patrick and robin but was glad awell because anyone is better than jason morgan but i gave scrubs a chance and i was glad i did but now i am so tired of this back and forth game they have scrubs doing, do the writers know that there is only so much now that the scrub fan which is a huge fan base can take...
without the scrubs fanbase gh would be cancelled by fall so im telling u if the writers are reading this pay close attention to the scrub fans because they talk to truth, they are the ones who holds gh future in there hands, all it takes is for the huge fanbase to turn there back on gh and forget it ever excited and once that happens gh will be no longer on the air, i heard from t0o many news stations that the soap opera which are all of them are not doing so well with the raitings infact besides GL another soap will be off the air by fall and if the writers of gh dont smarten up soon i will bet money on it that the next soap will be gh....now since i got that off my chest i wil see u later

Anonymous, I agree with you. I've been watching GH since I was 11 and now I'm 45. Robin was my favorite and when she returned in
'05, I was excited about GH again. I was totally ready for the pairing of Robin & Patrick because she met her match as he did with her. The writers are ruining both characters because they could have approached this story so much different than what is written. They forgot the beautiful birth and marriage of this couple and what it took for them to reach a wonderful place together. They put them at odds with one another with misunderstandings and lies, when they could have written them struggling together and confiding in one another. I do believe it will work out in the end and this is a true test for them as a couple. I believe they made a mistake with Leyla and it was quickly corrected and I don't believe anything will change unless one of the stars decide to leave. It's tough watching but as always I will hang in there as long as no one cheats on the other.
I've been a fan for a long time and haven't given up yet even when things don't go my way, but I do believe this one will.

I was really disgusted the way the writer and GH sensationalized the PPD illness and turned it into a sleazy storyline. They could have written a heartfelt and compelling story with the couple dealing with the problem as a family without all the outsiders involved .
It is a joke that all of Port Charles knows that Robin is suffering from PPD including Mike and Coleman. This is a sensitive medical condition and immediate families should be the only one involved.Would the story be more realistic to have Patrick talked to a professional than involved Liz .Everybody knows that she made all the wrong choices in her life and is not a good soundboard to Patrick.
Robin is a legacy character and should have been respected and not degraded.
The problem is there is more than one person writing the story. It is all over the place,no continuation
The story will go on for their May sweeps and who knows maybe by the time Emma gets married we can finally see a happy ending to this story.

I agree with all of the others who have posted today the character assaniations just seem to go on and on and on...
This couple WAS so far beyond your traditonal soap couple they had built in issues-Robin's abandonment, her HIV status so many other things; then you had Patrick's obvious issues with being with only one woman and the potential for him to crash and burn like his father. They never really delved into those aspects with any real resolution but I could look past that until they throw PPD into the mix and still don't seem to know how to resolve it.
I know that as we watch the show we tend to forget that sometimes one day lasts on-air for many days sometimes weeks so it just drags it all out and makes it all the more unbearable.
KMc and JT have that kind of chemistry that can't be faked and their acting is so good that you really do just want to watch them TOGETHER1
I know the writers seem to want the viewers to feel bad for Patrick at least that's how they are writing it; but I just can't do that all the time. After watching today we know that his whole playing daddy with Liz happens on the same day that Robin was released from the hospital. The day after he thinks she tried to kill herself. Really???? So he needed a little family time? Too bad it isn't HIS family.
Robin talking to Jason doesn't really bother me that much for the fact that they don't flirt. Furthermore, Patrick claims he talked to Carly because she's the only one who had PPD well, in Robin's defence Jason is the one who helped Carly through it. But, the writers just want us to feel bad for poor put-upon Patrick.

I hate this story not because of what it is but because of what it isn't. It isn't written well and seems never-ending. If the writers plan was for us to all give up they just might succeed. And if they succeed...they will all be out of work because we will all tune out for good and that spells C-A-N-C-E-L-L-A-T-I-O-N!!

I was so fed-up I stopped watching and just read the blogs for updates
My big problem was the way they have written Patrick ,one day he is very supportive and next day he acts like a jackass. The scene in the park with Liz and the kids has nothing to do with the PPD storyline and the writers is just throwing it out there to sensationalized the story.
It's the conversation/ interaction between Patrick and Liz that is troublesome.Everyone can noticed that she is not acting like a concern friend, she is flirting with him.Her bestfriend's husband.
If GH is planning to go this route
with Liz and Patrick,it will be a character assasination for both and that will be the end for both of them as the fanbase will not tolerate it esp.Robin's fans.

I like Robin and Jason's scenes. He is sincere and worried about her .He is trying to help her see that she needs help and we can see the close friendship coming from both/no physical attraction.

As everyone knows these are uncertain times for daytime soap opera and without the dedicated loyal viewers the show will not survive .Just a reminder to GH !!!
