There will be NS2 - management was ready to push for it after the early ratings.
As for what happens in between - it's going to test you in some of the same ways NS has - but they will be put back together.
Robin's conversations in the next few weeks do center around her options.

They are the story. Always have been. They're just getting the typical soap couple angst. Just keep the faith.
You already know what's supposed to happen on Friday. You have a rough couple of weeks ahead but sweeps will be good for you.
Do you know when the paternity reveal happens?
End of October, leading into Sweeps. That's always been the plan.
Was AIG correct about the situation that's supposed to bring them together? I imagine that takes place during sweeps, potentially at the ball?
I don't know what AIG has said about Scrubs. But I do know that a crisis will bring Scrubs back together. (source)

one last thing. Robin tells Lainey on the 25th. Lainey encourages Robin to tell Patrick. She tries but she sees Leyla and Patrick kissing and decides not to tell him at all. (source)

I dropped the Robin spoiler. Just to clarify because i feel i should, Robin does not tell Patrick however she does tell him to make sure he is tested right away. He questions her on why, she answers by telling him that she wouldn't want Leyla or him at risk. (source)

10/3 Heard in the Waiting Room

• Graham Shiels mentioned Nazanin Boniadi (both from Night Shift) and her indecision over whether she should sign a 4 year contract or not, but couldn't pass up the opportunity for steady work. The interviewer said "she's a great actress" and Graham said..."she's beautiful". I'm sure he didn't mean it like I heard it, but it made me laugh. (source)

First, some responses to earlier questions. No, I am not bias against Anons. I have limited time, scroll and speed read. RPs usually catch my attention due to the avis. Anons, please do not take offense.

The direction for Patrick and Robin appears to be diverging. However, you will see some parallel to their paths. Misunderstandings will occur along with confrontations. Each will be monitoring the other from a distance.

Robin will be researching her options relative to a pregnancy. She will have numerous scenes with friends and family. She will also date (Leo). She will have conversations with friends and former lovers (Jason).

Patrick will date Leyla. I have suggested in the past and will repeat that fans will need to be tough or wearing some suit of armor.

October is going to be a rough month for fans of Patrick and Robin.

The storylines from NS will bleed over to GH in numerous aspects including Dr. Kelly Lee and Dr. Andy Archer and Dr. Lainey Winters, her father's death and Cody. Cody's storyline may be of interest to some.

The storylines are being tweaked and dialogue detailed.

Robin eavesdrops on Leyla and Leo discussing an upcoming date.
Robin snarks at Leyla.
Next week -
Robins overhears about another date that happened with Leo and Kelly. Snarks at Leyla and gets a talking down to by Piphy. Leyla and Patrick almost do the deed but she doesn't want to be rebound girl, have things end badly and it affecting her job at GH. Patrick runs into Leo and Robin flirting, Patrick asks Leo what he's doing since just last night he was with Kelly? Patrick tells Robin to not fall for this guy while she's vulnerable. She takes offense and tells him she'll sleep with anyone she feels like. Patrick says that's her choice and walks off. Later Leyla shows up at the apartment, telling him she can't stop thinking about him. He wonders what changed her mind. She said she's falling for him. He pulls her into a kiss and it's presumed they have sex since you don't see it.
Then what are the Andy/Kelly scenes about?
They agree to support each other through their individual re-hab issues. They agree if they both can survive their addictions, they'll have sex to celebrate.
When are the Kelly/Robin scenes?

What about Scrubs? How long is the breakup?
They are still not together by Nov. 2. Which is the last episode I have information on.

How doe Patrick try to stop Robin from leaving GH??
he snaps at epiphany for "letting" it happen. He confronts Dr.Ford and tells him to prevent her from leaving. He takes away her patients. Robin tells him to back off or she'll make him pay. I have no idea what that means before anyone asks
will Patrick be having any story besides Leyla?
I don't know. I know Leyla is irked when Patrick tries everything to stop Robin from trying to leave. Leyla and Patrick do sleep together and gossip starts circulating around the hospital about them hooking up everywhere in the hospital. Robin ignores him and Leyla which makes him angrier.

Elizabeth slaps Patrick because he is making it hard for Robin to quit General Hospital.She overhears Patrick snarking with Epiphany about Robin leaving GH. She can't believe what he is saying and slaps him. This happens the week of the 22nd.
Also that week Robin and Emily set up a date for Jason and Elizabeth. Nadine is out for revenge, however she is not an evil person.
Robin after a talk with Nikolas about Research grants and the lack of funding decides to set her own facility up in PC.
Elizabeth and Robin bond a little bit that week

Nadine will be Robin's best friend in the coming months my friends:wink:

The return of a certain somebody makes Robin's world bright again. Or does it?

Patrick and Leyla do not sleep together but it is assumed that they did by Robin and Patrick does not deny it.

Leyla and Patrick do not sleep together. When Leyla shows up at this doorstep, Patrick let's her in and kisses her, but then he stops it before it goes any further. He tells her that he would only be using her, because he's still very much in love with Robin.
Can you tell me when? And can you tell me if its a Patrick free storyline?
It starts at the end of October and is about her pursuit of motherhood. It is not a Patrick free storyline because that pairing is still the intent. (source)
