Editors' Opinion
Looks like 2009 is shaping up to be the "dogpile on Robin" year. It was bad enough that she suffered from PPD so severe that she endangered he baby's life, but now she's going out drinking and telling strange men - and let's face it Ethan is strange - that she doesn't have any children. And she does not needs Patrick to go all caveman on her for wanting to go back to work. Robin should not be completely happy, but she deserve more than 5 minutes of family bliss she was afforded way back on Feb. 17. GH is thisclose to ruining a legacy character by making her a questionable mother and that would depress ME.

Patrick has his hands full at work and at home.

"Patrick continues to try to help Robin, but his over reacting leads her straight into someone else's comforting arms."
So people actually still believe things in the IL?

In this case, it's true. What do you suppose Patrick will do when he discovers he cheated on him?
Hint: Think Liz/Lucky for more reasons than one. That's all I can say.
The Good Fairy

Jason comforts Robin when she shows up at the PH with Emma.
Liz suggests Patrick check with Jason when Robin and Emma go missing.

Patrick begs Robin to get help

From the BUB
How does Robin endanger Emma?
Robin putting Emma is danger is not her visiting Jason’s PH, it’s a mishap that happens at home while she is feeding Emma.
Does Robin visit Jason? What about Liz?
Not that I know of. There are no J&R or Liason scenes in the next couple of weeks.
Thanks can you say what Robin does to put Emma in danger?
She turns her back when she is on the changing table.
and Emma falls off ??
Almost but Robin stops it.
any idea when the acceptance part of the PPD is coming?
For who? Patrick or Robin? Patrick the week of March 16. Friday March 20 to be exact. Robin the week after.
Just one more question What is Robins unpredictable behavior?
She goes back to the Haunted Star.

Robin doesn't go to the PH with Emma. I was also someone who spoiled the Jeff Burton appearance was an aside and does not touch the PPD story at all. It is like a living Campbell's soup promotion.

Anything to share on Patrick and Robin? Thank you so much.
Patrick and Robin will be very much at odds over Michael's treatment. Plus, I can't say too much without giving away a big secret that a lot of you already have figured out I'm sure, but there's going to be another thorn in marriage soon.
Thank you!! Is the PPD being dropped?
Not dropped. Concluded.
I think they are referring to Ethan being Robin's brother or cousin or whatever not another woman.
I can't tell you what the thorn is going to be. I can tell you it won't be another woman.

Good Afternoon SD and a very happy Mardi Gras!
The \"new\" General Hospital may not seem all that new at all.
Robin and Patrick will be together, just not happily together. The higher ups know better than to split the pairing so instead it will angst, angst, angst. Will JT resign? That\'s the $64,000 question. The PPD story is going to take a very, very interesting turn as March wraps up. It becomes a lot more about Robin--and what she finds out about Ethan-- than about PPD. JT has been and continues to request Patrick to spread his wings outside the Scrubs bubble. KMc is also a big favorite among the higher ups. As the Ethan/Luke storyline develops, Robin will play a significant role.
That\'s all she wrote SD. Part hard tonight.

A message is being sent loud and clear to complaining actors.
Pairings and story are given...... and can be taken away. Contracts are given..... and can revert to recurring if you piss off the wrong people.
Big Brother is watching. And he's not amused.

Different person but Lulu asks Robin about saying she doesn't have children, Her unpredictable behavior is heading off to the HS and gambling the night away. The Patrick/Jeff Burton scenes are a clumsy Nascar promotion ahd have nothing to do with anything. Patrick tells Matt that things are tense between him and Robin
Stone doesn't come up again.
OK< style="font-style:italic;">no..what bear?

Ethan assures Robin he's a chivalrous type. He once saved a girl from a bear.
That reminds Robin of Stone.

From a different person than the one in the previous post:
Does Robin come home from the HS? Or is she out all night?
Not the OP but she's out all night. Patrick freaks. They have a huge fight, that's when Liz plays mediator and Patrick asks Liz to take and watch Emma.
Thanks but is angst all there is to Scrubs the next months?
Pretty much. It's not a happy time. They're stressed and drift in different directions for a bit.

Scrubs aren't on anymore this week

Mark it on your calendars.
March 20 is a pivotal day in sweeps storylines.
Big stuff for Scrubs, SoClauKate and JoLu
You'll get a great big massive clue about who Ethan is and why he's in PC that day as well.

Robin does not connect with Patrick
Patrick does not know what else to do. He seeks help but will it make matters worse?

Tristan Rogers will be returning for an extended stay later on this spring.
Emma Saams will also be returning but for a shorter term. Details are still be worked out but this will probably be no longer than three weeks.
Finola will also be popping in and out.

nothing is as it seems.. considering no legit insiders have been on here.. SWEEPS will be a big shocker

Jane Elliot and John J. York have both been released from the show. Expect a release in the next couple of days.
Also on the chopping block:
Carolyn Hennesy
Ingo Rademacher
Anthony Geary
GH will finally start making casting concessions. Expect more firings too come. No one is safe, even those you believe are the chosen ones.

the others to be focused on include KMc, which Guza is begrudgingly doing

Scrubs are the safest

Just for the record, I told some people last week that Ethan will remind Robin of Stone.
So Robin says the guy is like Stone when she sees him.....what else happens in the scene? Thanks
You want something else? Here it is. Just for you. And after it plays out, WORD FOR WORD VERBATIM, I'll come back and accept your apologies.
Ethan: What are you smiling about.
Robin: Someone I knew used to say the same thing.
Ethan: Are you saying I remind you of your father?(A reference to a former comment Robin has made about Robert/Ethan/Australia
Robin: No. My first love.
Ethan: And you let him get away?
Robin: He died.
Ethan: Can we go back to me reminding you of your father?

Where are they going with this? Is the plan to break Scrubs up?
I doubt it. Like I said last night, I also heard that they are currently revamping the opening and Scrubs and Emma will be shown together as a family so that doesn't sound like a break-up to me. But I don't think they'll be doing the happily ever after thing anytime soon. As fans we'd like to see that, but its not fun or challenging to play and JT and KMc's contracts are coming up and the show would like to keep them. THey are going to get plenty of 'good material' between now and when they have to make a decision. So, I suspect fans are going to be unhappy for at least the next six months.

Soapzone spoilers:
Maxie falls asleep and dreams about going back in time and living out a what-if scenario, as B.J. In this dream, she plays B.J., while she as Maxie has died as a young girl. Nothing’s right in this dream: Carly and Patrick hate being married to each other, and they do everything they can to be intimate with other people (Carly and Johnny, the town kingpin?), Robin is lonely, and Mac has turned into a lush. But B.J. is happily engaged to Matt.
Patrick lets Robin down—a running theme in their relationship lately. Something goes wrong with the perfect dinner date she’d envisioned in her head. A baby does that.
Robin comes very close to laying herself bare to Patrick about her struggle with Emma.
Robin closes off at the last second and instead, vigorously demands a nanny be put in her place while she goes back to the hospital to be a doctor again.
Next week: Robin grates on Patrick’s last nerve.

To clear one thing up Robin doesn't deny she is married to Ethan.
Thanks, can you tell us anything else? What do they discuss? Are they flirty? What is Patrick doing the week of the 9th? How does he end up at Jakes? What are Robin's actions that are unpredictable?
I said this yesterday so I am going to answer one more time and hope you people learn to read spoilers. Ethan approaches her. Remember he is in town for something and it relates to Luke and Robert.
Anything on how Patrick ends up at Jakes?
Like Robin he is just going to get a drink to unwind.
So not due to another fight? Does he leave Robin alone with Emma at that time or is nanny there?
The Jake's thing is a one off to get him at the bar so they can do the Nascar promotion. It doesn't play into the PPD story at all.

BuB insider:
I have seen a rough version of the new opening. They are still discussing ideas and such, so what I saw may not be what you see. What I saw was not an overhaul, but there were added group shots and rearranged order. Robin, Patrick and Emma had a group pic, the Q's were all together and also had individual shots. Jax and Carly were together and they finally got rid of the final shot of men.
Sam is right after Jason who is after Sonny/Claudia. Lucky is with Elizabeth, Nikolas and Rebecca. Remember, what I saw was a rough cut in Avid and easily changed. Robin is not cheating.

hope robin and ethan share more scenes
i want him to be her brother

I'll be honest with you. I don't know who Ethan is. But I will be really surprised if he and Robin end up related. Two weeks from now, I think you'll say the same thing.
Any possiblity that Ethan could be Dante?
I don't know. I don't understand the Holly/Robert connection at all if he is. Or the Australian thing. So I'm thinking not. But, Dante was suppose to be an undercover agent who came into town to bust Sonny Corinthos.

Tuesday February 24:
Maxie is in an alternative universe. (Hint: What if B.J. never died?)
Everyone’s destiny takes a strange turn in Maxie’s dream.
Maxie is happy to be alive. (So, by the way, is Jason Thompson!)

Monday, February 23:
Patrick would rather stay home with Emma than go out on a date with Robin.
Robin suggests that they get a nanny.

Robin's PPD will dwindle out in the next few weeks.

Robin and Patrick have some heavy angst coming up but they are the safest couple

for robin and patrick fans; robin and patrick get to enjoy a day together as a family until she freaks out again at emma crying so she let patrick take care of the baby, afterward there is a cute scene where patrick and robin decide to work on fixing whatever is going on with her, and passionate kisses too, but no love scene yet sorry. i think they are waiting for the PPD to be cured and for what i have for the next week they are talking about the problem and finding treatment so it is good, sorry i dont have stuff for more than two weeks at a time.

BuB insider:
finally robin gets to do some explosive things
LOVE it
but do you think that they will survive it?

my friends - the plan is and always has been for them to survive it. I cannot speak to the long term vision for this pairing but I can tell you that the information available says they come through.
Hi "my friend," I appreciate the drop. Today is my birthday and I would LOVE to know when we can expect Robin on the road to recovery and Patrick and Robin getting a love scene!
happy birthday my friend. unfortunately I do not have news on a love scene - it is not part of what is shared with me.
my information says this story continues for another 3 weeks to a month.

2/21
The Robin accidentally places Emma in danger spoiler is being overblown on here like all of the spoilers. The phone rings when she has Emma on the changing table and she goes to answer it and Emma almost rolls off. Robin gets back in time to avert that.

Ethan reminds Robin of Stone

Pissed at Patrick, Robin flirts with Ethan at the Haunted Star.

Could either of you say what the Ethan/Robin scenes are about and why she lies about the baby? Does she lie about being married too? What is Patrick's reaction to what he overhears Robin and Lulu talking about? Is there anyone else at Jakes w/Patrick and racecar driver?
Ethan approaches Robin and knows who she is but doesn't let on that he knows who she is. He strikes up a conversation with her. A little while into the conversation he asks her if she has kids. She hesitates a moment and says no. I can't read a character's mind but my thought when getting that was that the reason she was at the HS was to get away from all things Emma and that includes talking about her. She doesn't lie about being married.
Thanks, what is the tone of the scenes? Are either of them flirty? Or does it seem that he will end up being her brother? Can you answer about the Patrick stuff?
I haven't watched the scenes so I couldn't tell you tone. Patrick is very upset she would lie about not having a baby and it plays into their fight later on about her wanting to work full time. He also is not happy that she went drinking at the HS alone.

Robin's intrigued
Patrick is worried
And if you think you are confused now, just wait. After a whole lot of secrets are revealed at the New Hospital Opening, you'll be more confused than ever.

A "New Hospital Opening" .. how many times have we heard that one!
I think this refers to the re-opening of GH after its remodeled and we know that is defniitely happening because Jill talked about it in a recent SOD.

Actually, and this should confirm the validity of my list when it happens. A new opening is in the works and is expected to premiere the same day as the new hospital opens. I'm not sure how different it will be. It may just be the addition of some new pics and a change of the ending scene with all the guys though. But it will be 'different'(Probably a better word than new) from that day forward.

Robin does not flirt with Ethan. She is flattered by his attention but she does not come on to him.

Liz confides in first Nik and then Patrick that she is jealous of the time Lucky is spending with Rebecca - even though she says she doesnt have the right to feel that way.
Patrick panics when Robin disappears and doesnt come home after their fight. After spending the night making calls trying to find her, Robin wanders in just as he is about to ask Mac to file a missing persons report. Robin claims her car broke down. Patrick doesnt believe her and accuses her of not wanting Emma or him.

^^ I can't speak to the rest but I know the Robin/Patrick one isn't true. They have their big fight on a Friday and we don't see them again until the following Wednesday

So what happens after the 13th? Does Robin attempt suicide? Does Patrick leave her for Liz?
Patrick and Liz are not on the table. Never have been. Patrick and no one are on the table right now. I know you won't believe that so why would I answer your other questions?

Also said about the 13th
think Jakes the day Patrick hurt his hand

JMO but I think the PPD will be played out as it should be and that JT and kimberly will get some good stuff out of it and there won't be a 3 party angst. That would make NO SENSE.
Friends - there are still no plans for a third party for this pairing. the PPD storyline is the focus and the test of their marriage. not a third party.
I totally believe that. Can you just give us a general timeline when they might have a little angst reprieve. Mid March maybe? TIA!!!
I was told 3 weeks to a month left in this story.
Do you know if that includes the treatment and/or recovery phase and not just the denial phase?
my understanding is it is denial/acknowledgement. I will see if I can get greater precision.
Last question I swear. In your opinion how bad will it get. Meaning will we understand that Robin has PPD?
I am sorry, I don't have that kind of detail.
Thanks so much. I am assuming that Patrick/Robin come out of this stronger -- is that your information?
yes.
Quick drop. I know my credibility may be damaged since I said there would be no explosion, but I was right about CC being dropped.
Two more contracts will be terminated within the next 6 months and I can not reveal who they are or any more information coinciding with this drop until further notice

Robin/Patrick
Robin is anxious to hire a nanny and go back to work. "We're sinking deeper into the PPD story," says JT. Robin is taking every opportunity not to be around Emma, it's becoming more clear.

Robin nearly opens up about it but then shuts down again. Instead she tells Patrick she's going back to work full time, they need to find a nanny. Robin asserts everything is fine. "She's trying to avoid what's happening by puttign a Band-Aid on the problem but it's not working. It's getting worse."

Patrick agrees to Robin's wishes. JT thinks it's just a matter of time before Patrick starts to lose it if things don't change.

Biggest Goof During Taping? (JT)

There are way too many, laughs the actor. Way back when he started, Sam was in the hospital. Jason was in the room and he said the prognosis was good, "'and you can start taking walks along the walls.' Where did my brain go to even say that?" SB/KM started laughing for a good 10 minutes.

General Hospital's biotoxin threat may have been fictional, but shooting a storyline that hopscotched around in time could have been a real disaster for the actors. "We shot from the ending and went backward," sighs Jason Thompson (Patrick). "We shot some scenes, then went back to the beginning, playing in normal time. We were doing a lot of episodes in one week, and just keeping track, it was really difficult to figure out. Personally, it's really difficult to keep you emotional level up when you're not sure how far along your character is when talking to another person," point Thompson. "Patrick and the others were trying to keep everyone calm within the hospital, but at the same time, the tension was almost boiling over. Other people came in from other storylines; Patrick really didn't know what was happening in other rooms in the hospital while he was trying to keep up with Jason and Agent Rayner. People were passing out, and, 'Are they gonna get better?' It was really difficult!"

For just another day in paradise

TristanRogers.com: (excerpt of post)
There’s a story/rumor circulating on GH right now that I have been aware of because it was brought to my attention courtesy of you folk who post on my site. And under most circumstances I would have left it at that. However, as this one crossed the desk of my manager, and my manager is generally “out to lunch” when it comes to things like this that alone qualified it for some attention.
I am referring to the storyline/rumor on GH concerning Ethan/Holly/Robert baby/child/whatever. From my position I have no investment in this at all……currently. So I am looking at this from across the street, so to speak.
What if it is RnH’s child? What kind of possibilities does this open up? I mean it could have happened……right?
Let’s take it a step further. What if it’s Luke’s kid and not mine?
The coma baby situation now starts to make some sense.
I think this is an excellent situation where the fans should have a say in how it pans out.
Whose child do you want it to be?
I will say that there is “interesting plausibility” if you suspend reality for a bit. If you move the characters around what might be unfolding is certainly possible. Maybe even intriguing. At this stage I know nothing of this involving Robert.
So there you have it. I could probably ramble on for another page but I think you get my drift.
Lovenkisses
Tristan

2/10
Ethan meets Robin.

Patrick and Robin disagree over treatment options for Michael
These are false
So what's really happening then?
None of the above that's for sure.
Quite frankly, things will be very slow after the crisis. TPTB just don't know what to do anymore.
Night SD.

2/11
Robin is not on the road to recovery like she assumed.

Was there supposed to be a love scene the week of Feb 16th? Thought it was supposed to be the end of Feb?
No, not the end of February. Patrick may be shown fooling around with the women he's cheating on Carly with in the Maxie Fantasy episode, which airs Tuesday of that week, maybe that's what that insider had heard. Heard JT/Patrick was in one and figured it would be Robin/Patrick?
There are already 2 sex scenes taped for that week so if there was one planned for Robin/Patrick for that week, it was cut.
I'm not GGCB but the only sex scenes happening between now and end of February are Jax/Carly, once for sure but I think they may have another one when they officially reunite for good, and then Claudia/Sonny times 2
Thanks do you know how much longer the PPD story lasts?
I don't know. Robin holding Emma and being able to comfort her was supposed to be the turning point and recognition that something is not right. That appears to have been changed. It could be pushed back to March. It's not happening between now and end of February. That's all taped and they're already taping early March now.
Who will Patrick turn to for support during this time?
Liz and Matt. Carly will pop in a bit. Liz not as much though because she's going to be all weirded out about BubbleYum Beret girl and hanging with Lucky and Nik.
Love scenes are done on closed set so only actors and crew know when and how many were taped unless someone has a script and the people who edits.
They weren't taped on the same day. These scenes air over an approx. 2 week period.
